I bought a jacket online through Amazon with this seller. The jacket did not fit and I returned it for a full refund. I paid for the shipping.

Instead of refunding my money, the seller sent the same sized jacket again a second time. I returned the jacket a second time and paid shipping a second time. Very unhappy.

Did not deliver my £177.49 order. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund to no avail. I raised an incident to Consumer Direct, Wales and a case was initiated - but this led nowhere. In the end I gave up. Iwantpants is a front for a fraudster.

I return one pair of pants on my own expenses and the refund it's still nowhere

I placed an order on 2/12/16 and am still awaiting delivery, i have had no response to emails requesting an update,very disappointing service. This is a real shame as i have used them in the past and had no problem.

Although I got a big discount on my order, I still spent a significant amount which has been deducted from my account with absolutely no attempt made to dispatch my order.
I would understand if it was placed a week before Christmas but I made my purchase in November!

Emails sent, no reply.

Ordered 4 pairs of shorts. money taken, but nothing delivered. No one to speak too, and terrible e-mail response.

Placed an order nearly a month ago and no signs of it being delivered. The website says it has been dispatched but still no delivery. I have contacted customer service twice now through two different email addresses and haven't received a reply on the situation. I've ordered previously from the site before and haven't had an issue until now.

They send the products very quickly and deal with enquiries effectively. Have used many times,

This company take your money and don't send the product. They don't answer emails or the phone, so basically just keep your money for as long as they possible can do. Currently having to try and get my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company!
