I ordered a birthday gift on Sept 22nd for next day delivery. It was not even dispatched until the 23rd Sept. and Jacamo says is not due to arrive until 28th Sept.-way too late for birthday.
This despite my order confirmation stating that "Expected Delivery is 23rd Sept."- ie, the next day !!
The "help" chatroom was singularly UNhelpful hence this review.
l have bought jumpers from jacamo before and have gone back to order more..the quality is excellent and the customer care great!..no problem with returns if needed...spoke to lovely lady really helpful...
Order the catalogue and gaze longingly at clothes that fit you.... Don't bother ordering tho as they never have them in stock.
