Excellent service great product

Having looked around and read a lot of reviews I eventually opted for a JAC DNA along with one of their tanks and I'm pleased I did; they have a great build quality and straightforward, clean design as well as good flavour etc and it's now my go-to vape.
I ordered a couple of accessories, one of which was broken in transport; I emailed JAC, had a polite and supportive response overnight, a replacement within 24 hours and a follow up email to confirm I'd received it and all was well. In spite of the reviews I'd read this was support way above my expectations - highly recommended and thank you JAC!

As a long standing vaper I can testify to the quality of these Devices. The ARX 2 is a really great bit of kit. Small and light makes it so much easy to just pop in your pocket. Great back up from their support team.

OK, so I can't claim to have tried all the online vaping shops out there but then I don't need to because I'm so happy with the quality of their products, the speed of delivery, the excellent customer service. You actually get to talk to real people with real personalities and nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Most recently, I am so impressed with how they have contacted their customers about this rubbish new vape duty. Until their email arrived I was completely ignorant of the new duty and doubtless would have remained so until it came into effect.

Arx 1 and 2 device the new vim is possible the worst product ever got both now in the bin . Bought vim for 8 years was unreal . Jac was great now if it cheap and nasty ... if this product was free Its still not good i would still not have . 8 years i have never treid anything other .Please jac give your old vim design to someone they can make a great product again.

A quick follow up review for the amazing JAC. My new mod arrived, but the screen was defective. I emailed and Duncan from the customer services team got back to me in less than five minutes! A replacement was sent and arrived the following day at no cost. Also they're being super helpful and patient with the return of the old one, again no extra cost. Absolutely incredible service from the JAC team!

I ordered a vape pen set, and must have just been unlucky, as the one I received was a factory dud.

I contacted their customer service, and Duncan was a consummate professional, and swiftly dealt with my query by sending out a replacement the following day.

I don't usually leave feedback, but it seemed only fair given the excellent service and support I received.

ARX2 amazing little palm device, funky/stylish and hassle free also quick charging. One thing I will say is the rubber bung which stops the vape liquid from leaking can be a little fiddly but overall a excellent device.

Puff box and their zero nic max throat hit was such a disappointment.
While it does produce a lot of smoke, there is barely any throat hit or flavour in the pods, so far tried zero nicotine mango and blueberry, and bought cherry cola and watermelon too.
I have to take several puffs at once in order to feel satisfied, and this dries out and irritates my throat. I am back to vaping with nicotine.

Waste of money. Their hassle free returns process is not hassle free.

I've been a customer for years now. I'm picky about quality and demanding about customer service. JV excels on both counts. Which is why I'm STILL a customer. Their kit is good. If things go wrong they fix it quickly. And if it means they're not the cheapest, I'm happy to pay for that. It's really that simple to keep customers happy.
