Great pub but filthy toilets outside
Went to the pub and it’s busy and very nice. I like Mr Clarkson but the toilets outside are beyond disgusting I mean hole in the wall in the ladies,never have hand wash or it’s watered now.
No health and safety what’s so ever.
I complained and was told a person will contact you NOBODY DID.
This is basic needs not asking for American food lol.
Friend was helping a lady who collapsed .and you HAD NO HAND SANITIZER WOW THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
Get your staff and your self sorted.
Why does nobody reply ??!! Not great customer service I’m shocked at you Mr. Clarkson I really am.
Do you oh think,who cares we are busy BUT PEOPLE WANT TO WASH AND GO INTO A CLEAN YES CLEAN LOO WITH BASIC SOAP AND WIPES.
I won’t hold my breath for a reply as your staff must be busy ,only they are not cleaning the bathrooms that’s for sure.
