I was looking for a nativity set for my daughter and found the perfect one on this site which she was delighted with. The parcel was delayed by Royal Mail but Joanie quickly organised a replacement so we would have it for Christmas Eve. The original then turned up late Christmas Eve as well!!

They've been around for ages but I've always found Joanie's Gifts a lovely little company. We need more online shops that actually care about its customers.

Appalling service. I made an order and after a week I still had not received it, so I rang them to ask where my order was. Very rude lady on the phone. It was clear my order had not been dealt with and as I complained she said my order would be cancelled and I would be refunded and she put the phone down on me! tried to ring back but she took the phone off the hook! I will not deal with this company again as customer service is beyond poor.

Heard about this company from a friend and decided to take a peek. Loved it at a glance!! Just my sort of thing. lovely and unusual gifts especially for those hard to buy for men!!! bought birthday gifts for my brother but couldn't resist treating myself too!! Joanie's will be top of my list for future pressie buying. Go on and take a look, you won't be disappointed!!!

This is the first time I have ordered from Joanie's Gifts and am sure I will be back. I ordered a reduced Gorjuss Calendar and it arrived super fast and very well packaged. I was delighted with it and the customer service. Definitely a company to trust and delight in. I wish them every success. x
