Shocking service. Not sure they hire any English people. Disgusting for refunds. Shocking service. Will never use them again

After waiting nearly an hour for a McDonald’s meal it arrived stone cold chips and burgers absolute waste of money and no refund offered went in the bin won’t be ordering again. Manchester civic

I was delivered a joke of a 'meal', I ordered a meal, a side and a dessert, total weight was about 360g - this wasn't Michelin 5-star food, this was Mexican 'street food' and it cost a lot. I asked for a refund for 1 item not being as described, this was not given. I gave a 1-star review of the fast food place - Just Eat scrubbed it - so I can see now that they delete low star ratings. So why would I buy via Just Eat if the ratings can't be trusted and I can't trust them to refund me when the food is wrong?

App uninstalled (a month ago), every kind of food service delivers around here, so I don't have to deal with this terrible anti-consumer company.

Regretfully after being a loyal customer for many years I have had multiple items not delivered these last few months where Just Eat have refused refund. Customer service doesn't match this title - it is not a service nowadays.

When housebound after an injury they were a useful service for sheer convince. I was grateful for it then.

I have however deleted my account now and do not intend to return to their service.

Absolutely disgusting with just eat service last night . Ordered at 20.34 pm spent £31.74. Tracking it, still no change from saying driver waiting for food as preparing. Forward to 21.50 still no food. Contact the place to be told it was collected!! No update til 3.20 am this morning says delivered. Really don’t think so. NOBODY GETTING BSCK TO ME EITHER FROM JUST EAT. I WSNT MY MONEY BACK AND YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR STAFF

Most of my grocery order wasn't delivered. I selected "Refund all if items unavailable" but they didn't. I received a couple of packs of crisps but was charged over £10 for delivery, service fees and 60p for carrier BAGS (note plural) which cracked me up. Just Eat said I could cancel order when it became apparent there were issues but no contact details available and their 'Contact us' button sent me around in loops with no option for assistance. Shop wasn't contactable when I got the number off Google. Driver got angry at the door when I asked if I could refuse and said I had to accept order. Just Eat said they won't refund as I accepted order, though I offered to send the crisps back for full refund. Sent video of driver, emails and screen shots etc. to PayPal and reported to trading standards. All I could do.

2 hours 20 mins order finally arrived absolutely freezing and juice was warm had to microwave the meal just to make it edible

Order cancelled after an hour+ waiting. No reason provided nor any way to contact just eat. They have done this before, and haven't improved since last used a year or so back. Looking at the reviews this seems to be a pattern and they appear to have no interest in acknowldging or improving. Appalling company and customer service. Avoid.

I have used just eat for many years but as of late it has became a must that items where missing from almost every order , not just that but the ever increasing delivery time as far as 3 and a half hours to deliver. receiving missing items and cold food, not to mention getting a refund I found to be impossible and left out of pocket because the customer service is beyond pathetic with there endless scripted responses, well I finally had enough and deleted my account and moved to deliveroo i will never use just eat again

Driver went to 4 other stops before me, 1.5 hours to deliver STONE COLD food. Tip the driver Option was hillarious.

Just deleted the app. Groceries unless on offer are sometimes upto £5 more than inshore.last straw 4 me my £45 of Groceries I ordered only a pack of water turned up 2hrs later delivery driver asked for the code so came up as delivered assured me some1 else was delivery rest as he had no room.never turned up .sainsbury didn't wanna no just eat eventually thro to somebody returned £39 I i paid ,£6 plus for pack of water .overpriced and taking advantage of pple

Doesn't deliver items and then has no option for refund. Scam.

Ridiculous service. For such a large scale service provider they are excellent scammers for taking your money and charging a service fee for a service they did not complete. Allowing restaurants to create fake pages to scam customers while teh ymake money off it too. their customer service is no help either as they send you robotic emails back stating the same messages without even reading your emails

Just eat as a company, well what can I say, I hope they go out of business. Ordered a kfc for my birthday, food arrived a little cold, missing large popcorn chicken (£8 as an extra, which is insane) Contacted just eat instantly through app and was told I would get a reply within 24 hours. I recieved an email at 4am, saying because I accepted the food and the driver had used the confirmation code I wouldn't get any support and to suck it up basically. I hope you go bankrupt, absolute scam.

I will never order from JE again and I hope they close ASAP. Uber eats all the way from now on.

It’s a mafia for the turist …yesterday they robed 40£ for my order and it has never arrived at destination. It was my gf birthday and we wanted to have dinner in the hotel room, well the order has never been delivered. It’s the way they take advantage of tourists here in London. Don’t buy anything on this platform, you better be starving.

I received an incorrect item that I could not eat. I followed the in-app process, sent the photo they asked for, and expected a quick fix - instead I got templated replies and a final decision pointing me to the FAQ. No one addressed what actually happened. No refund.

If this is how clear, evidenced issues are handled, avoid Just Eat and spend your money elsewhere.

So i got a delivery for me and kids lunch £20 . Said it would be 20 mins and came 2 hours late and was stone cold. Put in bin. Asked for ful refund but was informed that they have refunded £3.96 which may no time would I accept. I said that's no good but they sad that's all I can get. End of story....so I am 16 pound down for nothing....absolute crooks with the most ignorant customer service

My order wasn’t delivered but was marked as delivered. I haven’t got my refund as well. Horrible experience.

My order got lost and wasn't delivered, but the website says it was delivered! It was embarrassing! I won't be ordering again because of the terrible service

My recent order was never delivered to my door, despite living in a secure building where access requires a call or PIN. The courier didn’t call, didn’t use the intercom, didn’t request the PIN, and provided no photo proof. I was never told where the food was left.
Leaving food “somewhere” is unsafe and unacceptable — my family was left without dinner. No refund provided.
