Their live chat is a brick wall aka stupid AI. Insulting.

Every order there's an issue. What is their purpose?

Just avoid for your own sake.

Absolutely shocking. Order confirmed to out with delivery. Then it was late so i messaged just eat, and now its back to restaurant is very busy currently. So has my food gone back? Who knows! The Chatbot was hilarious though 😂

Very bad company, do not order. My food did not turn up and they have taken the money and refusing to give me a refund.

DO NOT ORDER HERE NO SERVICE. NO FOOD DELIVERED. NO MONEY RETURNED. STEALING! - I ordered before 23.00 and paid online and everything looked ok except the restaurant gave me a call after 23.00, after the chat was closed and said I do not have a car I cannot bring you the food, but you can come for your money at the restaurant. He said I do not have calzone (10.50 Euros). So I ordered a pizza capriciosa instead (8.00 Euros). I drove to the restaurant myself form my house. When I arrived the man asked me for money. I said that I had already paid online he said okay. I akse dhim if I could have the 1.50 delivery cost back and he said okay and got the money. I asked if I could have the price difference of the pizza value and he gave me 2 euros instead of 2.50. I asked for the 50 cents and he finally gave me the 50 cents. He did not apologize instead he asked me why I look angry and that next time order somewhere else not at this restaurant. I then went home and founf the 3 drinks I had ordered were not Sprite, Fanta and Chocomel but Fanta Coca-cola and an AA high energy drink. I can't drink those 2 before I sleep. Okay so the pizza was slightly warm not packed very well and did not taste so good. It was the worst pizza delivery experience I ever had. I STRONGLY RECCOMEND NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURAT AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU. YOU PAY TO BE DISRESPECTED, STOLEN FROM, GIVEN OTHER THINGS THAN THOSE YOU ORDER AND HAVING TO GO THERE INSTEAD OF THEY COMING TO YOU.

I have always trusted justeat listings, be it India, Spain or Netherlands. The system is so versatile, I create a restaurant like atmosphere in my flat, thanks to Justeat. I have developed a varied taste of multicultural cuisines. The chat option on justeat is attentive and responsive. Awesome !

My favourite cooking book! I just open the page where is a dish for today - Turkish, Chinese food or maybe pizza or pasta? Then I click on the button and simply in 30 minutes I have my dish on the table. Easy, fast and what is the most important, tasty way to get my food delivered! Now I'm even happier with the JustEat App, good job JustEatPeople :)
