I did not received the product which I ordered.
I have recently order the Big Moving Pack Plus from this website and I have only received part of the package with no tapes and no pen. I have called their costumer services many times during different days and no one pick the phone up. This is cost me another 8 pounds to buy tape and of course time which was more important to me. As I wanted to have everything ready at the same time, thats why I have ordered them online. I am not happy with my purchase at all.
