I bought a smoothie maker (Philips) in Karstadt Hmaburg. 3 weeks after it broke, and I went back to Karstadt to ask them to replace me a new one. The man told me in an unpolite manner that it's not their problem and that I should call Philips customer service myself. Not good customer service from their side at all.
