Worst nappies I’ve used. They don’t have good fit around the thighs, meaning they often leak. But the most annoying part is that the tab on a number of the nappies which is used to attach around the waist have come off so easily. Plus a couple haven’t even had the tab. The Huggies and Cub nappies are so much better, and would definitely recommend these over the kiddicare

I would recommend avoiding to order from KK unless you have seen the product you are buying before. We ordered a pushchair and when it arrived it looked different to the pictures and specs on the website. I am currently in the process of trying to return it, emails are slow to be responded to and I am currently waiting 1hr+ on the phone. £200 out of pocket for 2 weeks, really not happy with the service!

The changing mat I bought has split after six months of use, not really acceptable for the price

The window lock was easy to fit only took 10 mins got them so I can have the windows open so my cats can't get out while still having some ventilation

Easy to use and navigate. Happy with how easy this is and how much it keeps me updated on when things are paid. Overall great site

Awful and best avoided.

While items may seem to compare well with other retailers in terms of price. The poor delivery/supply chain management and customer support just isn't worth it.

I ordered a memphis day bed. I was promised delivery within 7 days subject to contact with the delivery firm. The goods never arrived and I was continually inconvenienced by deliveries that were arranged at inconvenient times and then cancelled at late notice.

There is no direct customer service line so if you do try and complain via the email address you will quickly feel patronised, fobbed off and ignored.

The company is affiliated to Dunelm Mill. So if you call that telephone number pleasant staff will be able to view the existence of your order and have a high level overview of the nature of your problem. However they will state they are unable to assist in a tone of resignation that indicates an expectation that your complaint will never be dealt with.

After 6 weeks and still not receiving what I paid for, which I consider to be a long time given the fact that I did not order a bespoke product. I am yet to get confirmation of my refund, any compensation for the inexcusable delay and inconvenience, or even an apology.

In contrast most of their items are available from alternative online suppliers. I therefore bought my item online through someone else. It arrived within 3 days. No probs.

It's really not worth buying with this company if they cannot guarantee supply of goods advertised. Never again!!!

Easy website to use, quick delivery and great products!

I was given a delivery date choice, I chose the Friday as the item was a gift for my grandson's birthday the next day. The item did not arrive until the middle of the following week with no communication. I emailed to ask where my item was and got no reply. As an addition, the item was excessively packaged, which was uneccessary as the box was still damaged. I will not order from them again.

Purchased a Joie Trillo Shield car seat. Fab price. Super fast delivery. Really impressed. Arrived as described and all of the children love it
