When I rang wren to order a kitchen in December the lady couldn't come because the covid so she tried to do over the phone.
When the fitter came out in January to fit it he said the drawers were in the wrong place so that was sorted out.

Then I was told the cabinet couldn't be cut back as agreed by the designer, so I went to the Showroom spoke to the manager and a funny thing happened, the designer turned up at my house at 8 the next morning and I explained how it could be done.
Then when the Cabinets arrived the worktop was damaged and they sent the wrong cabinets so it was sent back and reordered, that was the first time then the Cabinets came again, but it was still wrong and the worktops were damaged so we sent them back then two weeks later it came again and it was wrong and the worktops was damaged this is the third time, so it was reordered again and sent back the fourth time it came the cabinet was right, but the worktop was still damaged and had to be reordered
it was only a small Galley kitchen to replace maybe the job is too complicated for the company
the job was meant to take 2-weeks a small kitchen it took nearly 5
I would not recommend this company and I would try shopping around maybe B&Q or Wickes kitchens they specialising in kitchens

I bought their white slab kitchen for my 'Buy to Let Property'. Paid £100 upfront to the designer. Also paid the balance of the kitchen in cash to the delivery man when he delivered the kitchen, they would not accept any type of card.
Received the kitchen but some doors and handles were missing, it took 2 weeks for these to arrive. I got my own professional kitchen installers to install the kitchen, they found the kitchen very flimsey to work with and was very bad quality. I regret buying the kitchen did not realise sooner how bad a quality it is.
In 13 months 2 of the doors panel started peeling off. I then called up to order 2 replacement cupboard doors, they took my order but they wanted me to send cash through the post. They would not give me a bank account for me to put the money in or accept any type of card, I therefore sent cash in an envelope by registered post, the man I spoke to said he had received it and the 2 cupboard doors will be with me in 5 days. it has been a month now and I have not received them and I am unable to get in touch with them either, I have tried calling them at various times butI feel my number may have been blocked.
I suggest to anyone wanting to buy a kitchen not to use this company, it is too much trouble and your personal time spent chasing these rogues would not be worh it. They should not be allowed to operate in this manner, they should be closed down.

I responded to an advertised ex display kitchen on the website lowcostexdisplaykitchens.co.uk which I think is the same company - I registered with lowcostexdisplaykitchens company then tried to register with kitchensuber (which have all the same kitchens), and it said I was already registered...
I was assured by telephone that this kitchen on the website existed, advertised for £995 including oak worktops and all appliances. I booked a design visit for which I took time off work. The designer told me quickly there are no ex display kitchens, she didn't know what was on the website as she was not responsible for advertising,and when I said that customer support had told me verbally the kitchen as advertised really did exist she said they only took calls and wouldn't know. She did her design extremely quickly, obviously aware that I was unlikely to be interested and gave a quote for £1927 without appliances. I said I would keep the quote and compare. She left without leaving the quote/design, maybe because I had not given the £100 which another reviewer has said is listed on the paperwork as design fee? The company have no integrity and are prepared to lie to their potential customers - I wouldn't buy from them no matter how competitive the price.

Kitchen good value. Their fitters excellent. Their Customer service disgusting!!
From order in December 2015 to delivery in March 2015, fitting in April, and final completion in AUGUST 2015, waiting and phoning for correct parts.
Personally, would Not recommend them and advise to go elsewhere!!!

We ordered a kitchen and like other people had reservations after the rep had called and told us the price and we had read the reviews but we went ahead -it arrived on the date it was supposed to we checked it and like it said there was a couple of things missing , I contacted them and admit you do have to wait some time to talk to someone but once you get through explain what is missing its sorted within couple of days it's delivered. I fitted it myself and due to work commitments it has taken me a few weeks as we totally gutted the kitchen and as we installed it we found one door was the wrong size - again phoned them and without any hassle arranged for the correct door and a filler panel to be supplied and it was delivered in a couple of days. We worked it out that if we had the same kitchen units at the same quality from some of the high street suppliers it would have cost us at least 50%more - the quality of the units,doors,worktops,hob,twin oven , etc,etc is first class! We have no reservations about this company I can only speak for my wife and I we are extremely happy with our purchase. Friends and family do not believe what you get , the quality, for such a low price. As I said yes there my be something not quite right or missing and yes you my after wait a while if they are busy to talk to someone but when you do its sorted and you get it asap. WELL DONE. THANK YOU EXTREMELY HAPPY (The wife's happy so I am happy cause I can now go fishing!)

On their web site it says that they do a free design survey.
Therefore we asked them to to that.
They did the thing where there were all,different prices but if you signed up today then the price was much reduced.
They asked for 100 pounds deposit in cash, they don't do credit or debit cards, and said if you cancel withing 7 day as by recorded delivery then the 100 pounds is refunded.
After the so called designer left upon reading the form, the 100 pounds was put into a box which said "design fee"
He said it was a deposit on the kitchen but clearly we don't have a leg to,stand on because it says on paperwork design fee.
I am just grateful we have only lost 100 pounds because it could have been thousands if we had gone with this company.
Buyer beware . This is very sharp practice and they stand to make a lot of money in this way alone.

I have to say that the kitchen I bought was second to none. The quality, especially for the price was amazing. It was over one third cheaper than the nearest price to it from other companies. I liked the idea that the company was confident enough in their products to allow me to wait until they delivered the kitchen and it had been checked before they asked me to pay. It is in now and it looks so expensive. I would definitely put this company on the shortlist of 'must have' quotes.

Due to pregnancy my partner and I decided to redecorate our home....after looking around at kitchens and getting quotes we thought we couldn't afford to redo our kitchen how we wanted, then we found kitchensuber. We arranged for a designer to visit us and give us a quote. We were thrilled as it turned out we could afford the kitchen we wanted from this company, we paid the £100 deposit and he went away to place our order.
The next day my partner looked the company up (for reviews, something we hadn't done in advance). After reading the reviews, particularly on this site, we became very worried, the last thing we wanted was a disaster kitchen with a baby soon to arrive. We looked everywhere for better reviews and tried to forget the bad reviews we were reading. It got to a point where we considered cancelling the order, I'm so glad we didn't!
The day of delivery came around fast. The delivery driver was very friendly and didn't have an issue with us checking off all the bits as he brought them in, he also assured us that he'd be going through checking off all the pieces at the end for his record. We opened the packs to check all parts were there and no damage (all apart from boiler housing were packaged in cardboard boxes - the same as if we'd bought wickes own, the boiler housing was in bubble wrap but was wrapped very well). There was no damage to any doors or cupboards, all the sizes were correct, all the handles ect were accounted for as well. We were hugely relieved as all the reviews had issues on delivery day!
The next day the kitchen fitters arrived (we used the ones from kitchensuber). They arrived at the time stated and had called in advance just to make sure the time was still okay. On arrival they looked through the kitchen plan and measured our kitchen...it turned out that the kitchen designer had been slightly wrong with one measurement (we didn't check his measurements when he did the design, which you do sign to say you have, so we felt this was our fault as well as we could have picked it up), however this wasn't an issue for the kitchen fitters. They spent 5 minutes talking and had a solution, which wouldn't affect us at all, all the units were going where planned and nothing new needed ordering! All they did was trim the back of the 3units (the part that's designed to go round the pipes so didn't effect the units looks wise and as we had no pipes behind them really wasn't an issue!). They got to work straight away ripping out the old kitchen and started fitting our new kitchen....they got a lot done but had to come back the next day to finish it off, but they made sure we could still use the oven and sink ect.
At the time of ordering the kitchen we knew we were changing our boiler, we informed the designer but told him it was going to be the same size as our existing one.....However we ended up with a different boiler which was bigger than the original planned one. This meant the boiler housing and cupboard next to it wouldn't fit (the fitters were aware if they put the boiler housing on it would break the law due to not having enough space either side of the pipes ect). So the kitchen fitters left the unit and boiler housing packaged and said if we order the correct sizes, once they arrive they would come back to fit them. The only thing that was missing from the our order was the end pieces for the work tops, which wasn't a huge issue as we needed to order units anyway.
After about 2 weeks I called the company to place the order for units and the worktop ends. I had to wait for about 3-5 minutes to talk to someone, she was polite and asked for a few details so she could get our details up in her system. I explained the issue with us changing boiler and so needing a bigger boiler housing and smaller cupboard next to it, she processed the new order and arranged a swap exchange - so we didn't have to pay for new units or any extra, all we had to do was give the delivery driver the wrong units we had for the correct ones! And she added the worktop ends in, which also cost us no more! The delivery was organised for 2days later! However when the delivery arrived the boiler housing didn't have a door. I called the company straight away and spoke to a man this time, he was also very polite and apologised for the missing door. He arranged that one would be with us asap (no more than 5-7days) that they would have it added to a delivery route in our area and if weren't home they would leave it a neighbour..I was pleased with this solution and after 2 days the new door arrived!
So although there were a couple of minor issues these could have been solved by us, checking the measurements and sticking with the originally planned boiler.....given this the company was nothing but helpful, the fitters and delivery drivers were really nice and our kitchen looks exactly as we planned! The price for the kitchen and fitters worked out much cheaper than buying a flat packed kitchen from wickes or selco or anywhere else. Our kitchen and the fitters cost just over £2500 and it's not a tiny kitchen...we were being quoted £5000-£8000minimum by other companies and to buy just a flat pack kitchen would have cost us £2600 and then would have to hire fitters. So all in all value for money is amazing! Wd would definitely use this company again and definitely recommend to our friends and family!
I know this is a long review but I felt people should see the positive side of this company and see they do deliver what they say they will!

I'm no different to any other, I've been sucked in. Ordered a kitchen for my mother. Big mistake. I'm waiting on 4 Doors and I had to order a belfast sink of my own because the one they sent was damaged and was holding up the kitchen insallation.

Absolutely everything I've read in here applies to me also.

I'm now 6 weeks since delivery of our kitchen, I have been pulling my hair out. This is Tues 11th Dec 2012. Our kitchen was delivered on 30th Oct 2012. I reported the missing/damaged items on the 5th Nov. Every week there is another story to fob you off. I called numerous times last week and was assured on on the Thursday again, by a confirmation call FROM THEM that it would be definitely this weekend i received my missing goods. Called them again on Sat just to make sure. They said yes the delivery driver was in Aberdeen and would be coming to us in SW Scotland there after. Waited in all weekend, then decided to call again on the Sunday afternoon. An hour later the alleged delivery driver called me on a withheld number and said he ''forgot to contact me on Saturday night to inform us his van had broken down in Perth. Unbelievable.

ALAS! As i started typing this message they have just called again to say that it will be this Thursday or Friday my items will be received. I'm not holding my breath.

I sincerely hope you are reading this review before considering buying. Yes, we actually have saved a fortune on our kitchen, but the hassle is unbearable and the appliances are cheap Chinese made. I only bought doors, carcasses and handles thankfully. We got our own personal fitter to do his own worktops and the sink/tap was cheap crap that is getting sent back.

Go to a LOCAL company or someone recommended.

Waited 6 weeks for delivery when told it would only be one week. Called about 12 times during 6 weeks to find out about progress told on 2 occasions paperwork lost. Requested they double check delivery given how long I had waited. When goods arrived half the items were missing and quality of doors is cheap and not like how salesman described. Called 4-5 times daily for 4 days in a row to resolve and get missing items – put on hold 30mins each time, phone cut off every time after approx 30mins. Spend approx 6 hours on hold and got nowhere. Sent approx 20 emails to all concerned plus faxes. Turned out designed measured up wrong and missed units in order so kitchen could never be finished. They deny receiving emails to any email address but at some point admit to knowing things referred to in the emails. Have asked to speak to someone in charge about 5 times but no one ever calls back. Called Field Sales manager, original designer, delivery man all said they can’t help and don’t answer phone. I’m out £1,500.00 and have got mismatched of no use goods causing a hazard in my hallway and kitchen just before Christmas. Have reported it to trading standards this morning. Have requested refund under distance selling regs. And sales of goods and long distance regulations but not heard from company. About to issue proceedings through solicitors anticipate having to send bailiffs so could be a long and costly process but cant let them keep my money. Have asked them to collect goods but dont expect response until i get judgment and bailiffs in. This as you can you see is not a professional company so you have been warned! If anyone else needs help please reply here and I will let you know what works best.

Feel utterly miserable reading all these reviews. As with everyone else, we have had a terrible experience with these people. Wrong units, bad design, magic corner missing, other units just missing.... All just terrible.

Every time we ring they put us on hold for hours and then cut us off. We have rung numerous times and it is impossible to speak to anyone other than the switchboard person. The company is listed under several names - the two above being the most common - but each telephone number gets you to the same switchboard. They also don't answer emails.

Previous to my making a complaint, I had no troubles at all getting through to them, it's only since I asked for the goods to be sent or refunded that they have started ignoring us/cutting us off/putting us on hold for hours at an end. Totally unethical company.

BEWARE!!!

Dreadful-Dont bother as it will cost double in the long run with putting it all right. Plus appliances that dont work and you have no chance of money back, replacement or even someone coming back to finish missing bits. The telephone customer services hung up 3 times in one call! Thye have no standards so they do not care in providing a rubbish service. Spend more money and dont use them.

salesman promised kitchen bits missing no answer to calls to [external reference] 0161 no promising best way is to slash the guy salesman, and they will stop ripping people off... please dont buy nothing off them as it just pure rubbish from carcasses to doors , that why they want cash when delivered as if u paid by card u would get your money back, you will spend 3 times the amount of time putting it in better go to [external reference] there stuff is 10 times better than the muck they sell... dont buy anything off them as it will cost you more to try to fix it as there stuff is shite

had to buy extra units and plinths from company. designer completely messed up and i also had to buy an extra worktop!!!!!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If you want to buy a cheap and cheerful kitchen you might as well use these as any other company! Check the measurements yourself and check the item list! It's worth ordering extra lengths of plinth etc to make sure! It's only £100 deposit, and the balance to the delivery driver! Just you make sure you have every item before you pay him! I did all the above and have a great kitchen, delivered on time and only cost me £1800 about a third of any other quote!

We were sold by the cheap price of the kitchen and the lovely sales man who drew up the design, we checked over every single box before paying and everything seemed ok until our kitchen fitter started the actual fitting!! the only reason we ended up with a kitchen at all is because our fitter (indpendantly found!!) was so brilliant. Most of the units were the wrong size which he had to somehow make fit!! There were missing items which were sent out but after 4 months im still without a hob!!! The one they sent was faulty and theyve failed to replace it on numerous occasions. The people answering the telephone are so rude and ive spent hours trying to get in touch with them.

We had to order extra cornice and when they sent out the incorrect stuff our kitchen fitter gave the driver the extra cash to send the correct bits out via courier and its still not arrived (about 2 months ago!!) We've given up on it ever arriving now and have ordered a hob and some cornice from elsewhere but something really needs to be done about this company!! Please do not be sucked in by the cheap prices because its not worth the hassle and stress!!!

If the price seems too good to be true, it most likely is.
The staff are rude and unhelpful when dealing with queries and rectifying problems; placing you on hold for long periods and if challenged, cancelling the call.
When you complain your details are taken (or so you think) and are promised a call back by Manager; which never comes.
Ant attempts to elicit the details of Managers are met being the call being terminated or put on nerver ending hold.
WHAT EVER YOU DO AT ALL COSTS, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!!

Poor quality goods, missing and damaged items. extrememly poor after sales team, poor organisation, very poor customer service and constanly being hung up on. It does not seem like an illegitimate company i dont know how they havent been shut down yet. Its been 2 months since my kitchen arrived and im missing half of it, and in all that time they have sent me one door!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Even by sending them this email will be a waist of time as i am guarenteed no response as once they recieve their money they could care less about their customer.
