i have ordered two pelle available on stock

they confirm me only one then i have ordered the secon one on an other website ,with double post cost.
i ask the remboursement of the post cost but they didn't answer.
i'll never buy something else from them

You are right you ordered twice the same shovel and unfortunately only one was still available. we contacted you to inform you that you could either cancel the order or that we could send one of them. I understand your disapointment but understand that we couldn't offer international shipping for a product at 39 euros.

First buy on kite-tek - perfect!

I've ordered a tent (delivery to Italy). Everything went perfect - contact was very friendly and helpful. I even changed colour AFTER ordering and kite-tek changed the order without any problem. Magnifique!
