Notre famille en France est allé à la locale de La Banque Postale le 21 mai. 2013, et payé pour un transfert de 2.000, - €. Ils ont dit à notre famille en France que nous (nous au Danemark), doit aller à un bureau de poste au Danemark avec le "Transferts du fonds international« document et le code la Banque Postale a donné à notre famille en France. Mais Notre bureau de poste local ne savait rien à propos de La Banque Postale moneytransfers! Ensuite, nous avons appelé le centre d'information de la Poste Danemark, et ils ne pourrions nous donner la même réponse, ils n'ont jamais entendu parler de la Banque Postale? Ensuite, nous avons contacté Danske Bank, et ils ne savaient La Banque Postale, mais n'ont rien à voir avec ce genre de moneytransfers?
Où est l'argent aujourd'hui?
Ensuite, notre famille française contacté local La Banque Postale, mais ils ne pouvaient pas dire où est l'argent, et qu'ils devront attendre au moins un mois pour obtenir une réponse?!
Alors maintenant, La Banque Postale ont 2.000, - € de nos familles l'argent et nous ne pouvons rien faire!
C'est un service très pauvre et très insatisfaisant de La Banque Postale.

La Banque Postale offers moneytransfers from France to many other countries, incl. Denmark. Our Family in France went to the local La banque Postale may 21. 2013, and paid for a transfer of 2.000,- € . They told our Family in france that we (us in Denmark), should go to a postoffice in Denmark with the "Transfers du fonds international" document and the code la Banque Postale gave to our Family in france. But Our local post office didn't know anything about la Banque Postale moneytransfers?! Then we called the information center of Post Denmark, and they could only give us the same answer, they never heard about la Banque Postale!? Then we contacted Danske Bank, and they did know la banque Postale but have nothing to do with this kind of moneytransfers?
Where is the Money now?
Then Our french Family contacted the local La Banque Postale, but they could not tell where the Money is, and that they will have to wait at least a month to get any answer!?!
So now La Banque Postale have 2.000,- € of Our families Money and we can do nothing?!
This is a very poor and very unsatisfactory service from La Banque Postale.
