God information.

Super information vedr. Levering både på mail, sms og tlf. vognmanden ringede 30 min. før levering.

Badly

There was a confirmation (e-mail) that the delivery is 06.12.2013 I took a one day of vacation. I was at home all day. Delivery was not done. Apart from that nobody informed me why it was not. There was no information when it can be done.
The product was delivered the 9th of December and I did not expect it and I was at work.

Jeg beklager at varen ikke kom til dig som lovet. Det skyldes desværre at Storebæltsbroen blev lukket mellem torsdag og fredag og lastbilerne kunne derfor ikke kommer over. Vores system har desværre automatisk bekræftet leveringerne, og det beklager jeg. Vi havde dog på hjemmesiden informeret om forsinkelser grundet stormen og lukning af broen.

I am sorry for the delay, but as we told you on the phone, the Storebælts Bridge was closed due to the Storm over Denmark, så no lorrys from Jutland could get pass. I am sorry that you got your order confirmed for delivery. On our webshop we put the information, about the delivery problems, as soon as we were informed.
