This is a superb company to do business with. The mark of a business, is how they react when something goes wrong. In this case, the package was lost by the courier company. As soon as Lewtress became aware, they immediately despatched a replacement, via Royal Mail 24hr tracked. Normally their service is seamlessly good. Thank you
