Great service and knowledgeable…

Great service and knowledgeable technicians on site.
Also available for quick testing of your devices, and giving you a good and honest opinion on what would be the best way forward.
I go there with all my Apple gear.
Recently bought an accessory which was listed for € 89,-, but by mistake the cashier had entered € 79,- on the bank machine, which I noticed only later. Mentioned it to them - but they replied that, since the mistake had happened on their side, they would take the difference. The amount may not be huge, but it marks their approach to business.
I would recommend them at any time!

Happy costumer

Happy costumer, reparation done the next day. Cable motherboard to harddisk. Less expensive than the applestore told me it'd be.

Awesome service!

Awesome service!
My problem was the anti-reflective coating wearing off of my retina display. I struggled for 8 months to bring my MacBook Pro (retina 2013) in for repair, knowing I had to miss it for multiple weeks.
Not at LJS! I could just drop by without an appointment and in just 3 working days I had a brand new display, and of course at no cost (Apple covered it as production fault, google "Staingate").
I'll sure be back if I ever need more Apple assistance.

If you are a true Apple user this is …

If you are a true Apple user this is the place to go, it's not another cynical scheme to make more retail cash, it's a real shop that has been fighting for it's customers since 1993. You get the best service, even if you don't ask for it.

excellent service and advice

excellent service and advice.
2011 MPR 15" with recurrent video cpu issue was fast and with high quality repaired. Exchange of video cpu for 380 euro and 1 year warranty. No other repair store in den haag, even not the apple store while the laptop is older than 5 years, can handle this profound video defect currently.
