I was actually not going to write a review but compelled to do so. They did my logo in January 2017. I can't remember how much I paid but it was very cheap probably less than £40 with unlimited revisions. My logo was very complicated with symbolic meanings. After couple of designs from scratch, the final product was amazing and I still love it to this day. Now 2020, I was trying to find a logo designer for another business of mine. I took it to a freelancer on Fiverr but the design was not very good, so trying to get it redone as this logo is also full of symbolism. I couldn't remember the name of Logo Design Guarantee as it has been years since I used them. I however remember the great work they did in my other logo. Thus, I had to scour my old emails to find the name of the company that designed it for me. After I've got the name, I tried to search them online but the old url in my email now points to a different company. I did a Google search for Logodesignguarantee and that's what brought me here. I've never seen so much negative reviews and I'm sorry for those that had bad experiences with this company but my experience was absolutely amazing. The job was done to specification, on time and on budget. It looks like they are no longer in business but I would have no hesitation using them again as they did an awesome job on my old logo.

They did my logo and it was excellent. Then they recommended a webpage and email. They did a decent job on the website but fixing it and making changes was quite difficult and could not be done from home.
I originally paid $395 for logo, website design, 3 years of hosting for what I felt the quality and price were reasonable! Email work fine and then at the end of my contract they wanted $79.95 per month just to host it. Even though they promised to give your files back they wanted $150 to do so. 1st they said I couldn't have them at all.
Looking for a good inexpensive blog or Internet godaddies and stay away from here! They lie, treat you terrible and it appears to be run by amateurs not professionals!

They take payment but do not provide services. They do not answer their phone and do not reply to emails. I've reported them to cyber police. It's been 5 months and no refund was received! I paid £151.98 for logo and website design package. I used them 4 years ago and did not expect that they had turned 100% into scammers. The quality of the logo provided than was very poor and did not use it. This time I ended paying them and received nothing, no logo designed! I regret giving them a second try. They became 100% scammers! I hope the website will be shut down and the company and officers banned.
P.S. I’ve finnaly got the money back through Nochex, the payment processing provider.

Oh dear, wish i had of seen the other reviews before i handed over my money.... no longer and out 42. Id say a refund is highly unlikely :( Have heard anything in 3 weeks despite many emails and contact attempts

DO NOT GO NEAR THEM! I actually got a logo through them in 2016 so had no reason to worry about using them again! I requested a logo for my husband, paid £42 (thankfully I was not lured into spending more on their many, many add ons), received a confirmation email/order no. all seemed well! Have heard nothing more, have emailed with no reply and now their hilarious 24/7 tel no does not work! I will be reporting to Trading Standards! Please do not go near this fraudulent 'company'!

These are the 2 emails i sent to this company. They had promised me a 6 hours turnaround on initial concepts! 3 days now passed. They were reasonably responsive in sales chats, online chat and email. But as soon as payment was made there chat went offline and now there is no response. Below are extracts from my unanswered emails.

Please be aware that this is a scam site! Designers were no longer working starting today!
We designers don't get paid or get compensated at all and force them to resign and hire new designer to get scammed and process are vice versa. Please help us report this site to the authorities since all designer worked overseas/home-based. The site advertisements also are all misleading, only one (1) designer will work on every project.

Logo design guarantee is not a trustworthy company! You will not get a refund when dissatisfied with their services, although promised one. When calling in to speak to a representative, most of them don't speak English well and are difficult to understand. I would never use this company again as they still refuse to refund my money.

Well having seen other posts it seems we (I and the Organisation whom represent) may also have been ripped off by this company, in whatever form it exists. But if is certainly looking more of a switch and change front-end to a franchise or affiliate program, but certainly fraudulent.

Our own case is less than a week, but it plainly is starting to metaphorically 'smell fishy".

Requested the surge package and 6-hr turnaround etc., via card payment. Ok we needed something quick and budget but in hindsight despite the flashy website etc, which is quite a professional design. Admittedly, we didn't check all the boxes, and as this is for a Veterans Association the sparks are flying.

1hr after signing up an automated email and message in client panel that revisions received and reviewed and work was being undertaken. 72 hrs later despite online questions raised and same automated email response, about 'revisions'.... 1 week later and no response to emails, as others have described nothing received.

No response to so called 24/7 online chat and the 08 UK number then got a call at 03:24 GMT this morning from what appeared as US (routed number). As have relatives in US I of course answered the call, to get (not being racist) an Asian sounding gentleman with obvious similar accents in the background, stating it was about my 'complaint for logos'. Obviously *****d off about early hour I explained the time difference, for the call to be disconnected and same automated email 3 minutes later. And noe one just received about their refunds policy (ok a step forward).

Some posts suggest a link to an Indian gentleman and a registration in same country but I express caution as cannot confirm.

Another post mentions company registration etc and possible company directors, which I hold in reserve until I can verify. As a registered user of Companies House I can verify no listing for 'Logo Design Guarantee' or a derivative. The company address as posted in their site is of the Industrial Estate area which has no company of that name listed.

If the two alleged persons named as O'Driscoll are associated with this company, then the only Thomas O'Driscoll currently listed is associated with what appears as a legitimate company in Liverpool.

Rosina and the company details listed could be linked, and are certainly interesting as only incorporated on 26/10/2017, and appears not to be trading; although holds a share capital of £100,000. A large holding and start up capital for a small to medium enterprise with no website or company listing in any business directory.

A Thomas O'Driscoll of the same address as filed, was investigated in 2011-12 for operating a similar site called '50DollarLogo.com', and was investigated as follows:

But again advise caution as to wether the link is correct, although website address is only a short distance away on the Industrial Estate. If the website is wholly operated by the persons alleged, some action could could taken but it part of an affiliate program scam.

It could be difficult to get legal redress in the UK, if the alleged or others to be identified are not directly responsible for the companies actions. The only recourse would be if hosting the site to have it investigated as in the case in 2011, if persons alleged are profiting in the UK.

In first instance we are going to speak to bank and block, freeze or recover our payment, and then if no further response seek legal advice..

Just checked the Nochex Payment Confirmation and noticed payment is to:

Logo_Design_Guarantee (with an email linked to fiftydollarslogo.com)

Which to comply with privacy laws and posting rules I cannot post in full, and refer readers to relevant paragraphs above, as this means the payments taken are going to an account 'alleged' associated with Thomas O'Driscoll.

If it is proven without reasonable doubt that services are not being provide or monies taken on 'false pretense', or 'false trading'; perhaps contact is required with the aforementioned authorities and statutory bodies.

I will be contacting the indicated email for clarification but as indicated by others assume no reply may be forthcoming.

I had used this company in the past and had a new business so went to them again. They have really gone down hill and like a previous review I wish I had seen the reviews before parting with my money. I needed the logo quickly and have still not heard about my revision. You need to respond or refund.

If I were you don't trust the management and company logodesignguarantee.com, logodesignguarantee.uk, 50dollarlogo.com, logoloft or any business handled or owned by Thomas o' Driscoll aka Tommy o' Driscoll because he is a real liar and scammer who doesn't treat his employees right and gets your money. He doesn't pay the employees' wages on time and in fact he had not paid AT ALL more than a month wage of ALL the designers ruining our Christmas and New Year because we were not paid on what we had worked for. Another thing is that the company is saying that your orders will be done by at least 3 designers but in fact it is only done by 1 designer because that is their policy and all of the designers are from other countries like Philippines and Nepal not US or UK based. This is legit and true based from our personal experience as one of their employees who are trying to complain and get a hold of that scammer so that we (13 logo designers, this does not include if they had scammed other employees in the past before us) can somehow get what we had worked for and is rightfully ours! So if I were you especially those who were ripped off of their money by this scammer kindly report them to the authority so that they could not operate anymore and get what they really deserve for using and exploiting their employees and also for lying and robbing customers out of their money! Don't believe this person or company!

I purchased two logos back in March and December 2017. Despite advertising a 6 hour turn around it took over two weeks before they submitted any logos for me to review. Despite a lot of back and forth I finally settled on a logo I liked and wanted to accept so I could have it printed etc. It has been nothing but radio silence since the 21st December despite emails every other day. I am at the point where I simply want a a full refund. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WISH I READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PURCHASING.

Would give 0 stars. DO NOT USE! You will waste your money. Logos terrible, not amended, ended up with nothing. Wish I'd read these reviews first!

I would give a negative score if possible, total scam

This company doesn't deserve a single star. https:www.logodesignguarantee, is a fake company that was only created to capture your hard earned money. They use children images as a bait to inspire trust like a family business but they are thieves. The so call company only communicated with me today via email, saying that in order to do my logo I had to pay. I ordered the logo on December 12 and zero logo. I see that there is plenty of people here victims of this company. We ought to start a class action suit and complain to the Federal Trade Commission and to I CANN and put the complain also in many other sites I'm putting them on FaceBook and everyone here shall do the same. How about a consumer group against these thieves. We could open a Community Page on Facebook.

As with all other reviews , this company is a sham. As I had used them before (about 4 years ago) for a logo and had been happy with the logo and service; I didn't bother checking reviews this time around. It seems like a completely different company - same name and look but completely different. I paid for 12 different designs - 4 of them were the same and the others were clip art ones, no design or relevance to my business at all.
I asked for a refund - they answered and said they would revise the designs. I said I didn't want any further designs so the account is now just showing 'designs in progress' and there are no responses to e-mails or calls.
Avoid at all costs !!

TOTAL FRAUD. Logo files not sent on time. No support available. Didn't follow design instructions. Choose another company.

AVOID AT ALL COST, I wish I Had read other reviews before placing an order. It is a month now and I am still waiting for my revisions and files. No communication, the telephone was only answered once and the person did not sound professional, all the other times I tried to call and it goes to message. The online chat is never available. This is a complete waste of money and time.
