Purchased a Peavey Solo busking PA - battery or mains. I was very happy with Mann's. It was a great price and the service was quick and easy. The product exceeded my expectations.

Great product at a great price. I had no issues from placing my order through to delivery. Plus the Ukulele I ordered was about 20% cheaper than other providers.

Excellent customer service. I bought an acoustic guitar but then got really ill before I could unpack it and try it out. I recovered just a few days after the return date had expired. When I played the guitar it had a very unusual and weird vibration and 'rattle noise' from the saddle area. Tim was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to return the guitar for it's full value. He allowed this against the purchase of a Faith Neptune Blood Moon which is fabulous. I recently purchased a cordoba c7 guitar.
Although the first guitar was faulty I could not fault the response from the company.
They were very professional and dealt with the return of the faulty guitar and sent me a replacement once they received it back. I was kept informed at all times.
Issues can happen but its how it's dealt with that counts and I could not fault this company.

Was looking for a replacement pedal after another retailer sent me what seemed to be a faulty, second hand one. Mann's had one in stock that was brand new and significantly cheaper than the other retailer. Knowledgeable and helpful staff in the shop and wanted to go the extra mile.
