Smooth, efficient and reasonably priced
Recently placed my first order with Marbuonline. Bought a Drunknmunky Hoodie for £40.00, some £20 cheaper than other online shops. Product was delivered within three days and is of fantastic quality. I would definitely place an order with Marbuonline in the future and would recommend them to other shoppers

The Service Provider is Amazing!!!!
I found Marbu on a search engine when looking for a paticular shirt which I had seen in a big name store i was amazed at the difference in the cost from this online store. I had purchased 2 items which arrived a few days later and was very impressed. I also like the measuring statistics which you attach to your profile and they tell you if the item required will fit you.

Sorry to hear that you were not entirely happy with your purchase. Whilst we endeavour to perform substantial quality checks prior to dispatch, it appears that one has 'slipped through the net' in this case.
We have not yet received your returned item so cannot confirm the reason for the fault, however, as soon as we do receive it we will dispatch a replacement item for next day delivery as well as refund the cost you incurred sending these items back.
With regard to your comment about the package being 'already opened', we are interested to know if you refer to the blue mailing bag or the internal product packaging. If the mailing bag has been opened, we shall be making a complaint to the courier service used. If you refer to the internal product packaging however, then yes, this will have been opened in order to allow us to both apply a barcode label and perform a quality check.
We can assure you that all products we stock are brand new and come direct from the manufacturers/brands themselves. The rare instances of faults we have experienced (usually inflicted during the manufacturing process) are in most cases picked up when taking delivery of the goods into our distribution centre - at which point we send these items back to the manufacturers/brands for replacement or refund.
We hope this response goes some way to improving your experience with us - we shall be emailing you directly with this also. We also hope you will give us the chance to put the situation right so you end up happy with your purchases.
