I have talked to Kari on the phone, and he was verry helpfull telling details about his bad experience in our website. When he ordered from another computer, the arrows did work though. Kari had some proposals to improvement on our website, which I've passed to our developer of our website. Feedback like this is very important to us, making us able to improve our website.
