McDonald’s 

It is the second time they serve me a chicken burger in a vegetarian burger box in Aalborg. Complete ignorance.

Popped into McDonald’s on the A45 a Wellingborough this morning only ordered a coffee on the drive through, after a 10 minute wait left without my coffee.

Whenever I order from McDonald moor Lane
They always get the order wrong they give you your order with food missing or they give you another order pretty sure they don’t even look at the order !!!

Every time I order from McDonald’s Charlton there always food missing they don’t even look at the food order I can’t order without them forgetting something it’s ridiculous they need to learn to get people’s order right I’ve had enough of it

Half cooked chicken nuggets at Snetterton Norfolk McDonald’s.

Every time I go the order is wrong !!!! How hard can it be to read the order when it’s on every screen !!! Dumb people

Wouldn't send my worst enemy here found a fingernail in my big mac and a hair in my larger fries then was told that i was lying this is horible and i will never come again i want a refund

At 23:26 I payed for my order to be told to wait in the bays for 3 minutes while my order was being made up. I waited and watched as 7 cars were continuously being served and leaving the drive through with their food. I also saw 3 people go in and out with food they ordered while I was still waiting. So at 23:41 I went in to ask where my food was only to be told by a rude man by the name of Irmak or something similar that my order was made and he pointed to the fish fillets that were sat at the end of the line. No apology or anything, he was very rude and very abrupt, so I decided Im not putting up with his attitude when Ive paid like all other customers and could clearly see the women who I payed still serving customers through the drive through! I asked for my money back and he said you cant have it back in your card it has to be cash.. again no apology just very rude so I said thats fine and asked for my receipt as the card would still have the money taken out and I keep all receipt transactions until payments have been made. Irmak said why in a rude manner and I explained why and he just shoved the receipt with my cash on top towards me and walked away. Ive never felt so belittled and Im not putting up with it from rude ignorant ill mannered employees!! McDonald’s management take note and re train the staff about customer service especially arrogant staff who need to be taught manners quite frankly. Disgusting experience and definitely won’t recommend, would even give you one star but had to in order to leave a review!

Why are Uber drivers prioritised over the drive through and sit in customers,
Took 25 minutes for a chicken legend meal but unfortunately I only get a 30minute dinner break at work, Uber driver after another came in and was served before me, even saw my takway packed and then the food taken out and placed in a bag for an Uber driver, McDonald slow service, second class treatment of customers, cold food even after 25mintue wait

Gave me food poisoning their food is rubbery and their chicken nuggets only have four shapes that’s how you know they’re fake

Good service. Best burgers in Town.

After thinking that I fancied a McDonald’s, I went to my local in Upton Wirral, my order was 3 cheeseburgers and a medium fries, paying at the first window I drove to the collection window to collect. I was told to go to park up and it would be brought to me. I waited and thought at least it would be hot if they had to cook it fresh. First mistake, when it arrived it was as cold as it was on my last visit. Taking it home I would be able to warm it up again. Then I looked for the fries, this was my second disappointment as what I expected was a medium fries, what I got was 35 fries of various sizes. Resigned to the fact I had been ripped off yet again by McDonald’s, I started on my cheeseburgers, ah yes another disappointment, yes there was cheese yes there was a piece of gurkin, but the actual burger was that thin and small, in fact the bun was twice the size it needed to be, I was surprised that it hadn’t got lost into the air bubbles of the bun. This is the second time I have been disappointed with not only the service but also with the food quality, I don’t think I will be going back to McDonald’s in Upton anytime soon.

poor service, trash food

I ordered a wrap with no tomatoes or salad on because I am allergic to tomatoes and as I went to eat my wrap I found a tomato in it
I’m very angry with this , I could of had a severe reaction to this due to being highly allergic

the service was poor , there was barely anyone working at the back to prepare the meals. the orders was just stacking and stacking making a double page. eventually the manager cancelled all order and told everyone to reorder. however the apple pie at the end did make up for it.
