Media Markt 

I ordered a refrigerator on their website. The website stated a delivery time of 3 weeks. 4 weeks after I sent them an email asking where my refrigerator was. I was to be be patient. Further 2 weeks passed, then I wrote them again asking for my refrigerator.
They told me that they didn´t know when it could be delivered!!!!
I waited 6 weeks for nothing. They could just have told me when I ordered it to start with.
Very very unhappy about the treatment!

Good deals on Black Friday but the delivery had delays

Very disappointing customer service in Noerdlingen, bayern. Brought an Iphone 8 plus for 909 Euros on 12th sep, price dropped within 10 days to 789 Euros.Called the hotline and told them the story, they asked me to come to the store directly and they assured that something could be done. When i walked to the store, the lady at the phone sales told me upfront that nothing could be done , in a rude manner , comparing the phone price to the fuel prices, she said its just like fuel , just because u brought the fuel for higher price today and u cant come back tomorrow saying the fuel price is less today , pay me back my money. How dump to compare such things , seriously, here we are talking aboutt 120 euros and she is comparing it to 10 , 20 cents. I insisted speaking to the manager, manager is also comparing the phones with fuel. how ridiculous. After insisting on a lot, he offered me a 20 Euro gift card, which is again pathetic. In United states we always have a 30 day price guarantee. This is totally unacceptable. I would never shop in any media markt ever.Expert mueller has definitely some nice people , good customer service comparing it to these people at media markt.

Good store. But a lot times I have not been able to find at my local Mediamarkt shop products available at Internet. And I don't understand why products costs are cheaper at internet than in the shop.
