Wat moet ik met 9 Crucial Apple 8GB RAM kaartjes?

Vandaag als vaste klant gebeld met Coolblue/ Memoryshop.nl over onze retour van 9 Crucial Apple 8GB RAM kaartjes.

Wij kunnen de bestelde RAM kaartjes achteraf niet gebruiken omdat deze zitten vastgelijmd in de Apple Mac Mini's die wij sneller willen maken.

Omdat wij de bestelling later dan de 14 dagen retourtijd, retour hadden gezonden wil Coolblue niks voor ons betekenen. Ook niet nadat wij aanboden een lager bedrag te accepteren.

De vraag is wat wij nu met 9 Crucial Apple 8GB RAM kaartjes moeten doen?


REACTIE: Ik weet niet hoe ik op dit bericht kan reageren. Maar mijn ordernummer is 15522999 . Ik ben benieuwd.

Dit is inderdaad een vervelende situatie, waar wij graag opnieuw naar willen kijken. Kunt u ons misschien voorzien van een ordernummer en/of klantnummer, zodat we de bestelling erbij kunnen halen en kunnen kijken of wij nog iets voor u kunnen betekenen?

Uitstekende service

Mijn Synology Ds209j van ruim twee jaar oud gaf problemen. Volgens de fabrikant was er defect aan het moederboard. Ik kon de Synology kostenloos opsturen ter reparatie. Na enige discussie of de garantietermijn verstreken was of niet (Memoryshop dacht 2 jaar, Synology 3 jaar), heb ik kostenloos een 2011 model ontvangen (ds211j). En die draait inmiddels als een zonnetje. Tevreden dus.
