Mobile Phone Crazy, Ltd 

Purchased a new phone and sent back old device for the agreed refund before 7/5/25 with the label provided by mobile crazy and it came back, they don't answer my emails and have tried calling them to sort out this issue to no avail ! Rubbish company stay away as not worth the hassle

This guy provides a terrible service. If anything goes wrong he fobs you off and then stops contact. I never received what I ordered, I got something different! Pls don’t risk it.

I purchased a grade A iPhone 11 but when it arrived I found it was unresponsive to touch. I took it to the Apple store as I thought it was maybe just a glitch but when they looked at it, I was told it had a generic screen that was not the correct size and the reason it was unresponsive. I contacted Living Social who told me to ring the supplier (Back Market supplier Mobile Crazy). The manager at Mobile Crazy told me to send it back and it would be replaced. I returned it Special Delivery Next Day. Eleven days have now passed and I have received no confirmation that the phone has been received, I have rang the number for Mobile Crazy for several days but it is constantly unavailable and I've received no refund or replacement. I have tried repeatedly to get Living Social to help. They have been an absolute nightmare. Every time you connect via WhatsApp (the only way you can contact them) they tell you they don't know who you are and you have to provide all your details over and over again but no one helps and they always sign off with come back tomorrow. Living Social and Mobile Crazy should be closed down, they are most definitely criminal entities. I have now reported both companies to Trading Standards

Phone was faulty sent back for repair. They sent the phone to wrong address. Never saw the phone again, no refund, no replacement. Kept saying phone would be replaced. Never has been, will just fob you off.
Avoid

I ordered an "EXCELLENT CONDITION" refurbished phone. It seemed ok until it needed recharging - and it would not recharge at all. Huge inconvenience - had to re-restore from cloud to old phone and clear data to return it, the restore was not successful (did Mobilecrazy's phone do a bad backup?). I wished I had looked at these reviews before shopping - I would not have had any truck with Mobilecrazy and I advise others to avoid them.

Avoid, total scammers. Bought an iphone 12 from them on ebay. 3 months later the screen started playing up, opening apps on its own and unable to type correctly. Rather than trying to resolve with them due to needing the phone repaired early for a holiday, the return costs I would incur sending back the device, and a worry that they would steal my information opted for a local repair. They looked at the phone and removed a screen protector plus uv screen which had been used to cover up a previously cracked digitiser. Common trick used by people to mask problems seemingly. Would advise not to use these guys, as I have always looked after my devices and kept in case etc, so fault was most certainly there from the start. Avoid.

Had the most appalling experience dealing with them and wasted nearly £400 to the point I will need to take this to small claims. Please be aware when purchasing and maybe just spend the extra couple 100 on a new phone from a known reputable company. BUYER BEWARE!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Item not deliver...

WARNING!!!! agree with all the reviews this company is on Ebay beware they are they are scammers,rogue traders. STAY CLEAR!

Too bad i didn't stumble on this thread earlier. But i hope it will warn somebody against that cheaty company.
I ordered screen protector on 18th January. Still no order, no response, no feedback. Just nothing. Gonna complain to card support service, so that i get money back. Anyway i had some luck and pay only £10.

Ordered on Dec 28th, forgot how I paid and where/who ordered from, finally found the info on PayPal on 18th Feb Their web page states approx 14 day delievery, sent e-mail to MPC on 18th Feb, standard issued reply, will respond 24-72hrs, 2nd email sent 22nd Feb, still no response. Tried calling every day a couple of times at different hours, always the same response - answer phone stating cannot be answered, quickest resonse will be to email. What a load of BS. Please if you read this stay well away from them.

I placed my order on 5th March, it was urgent and I needed the item as soon as possible. A week later I called them as it had not arrived, the lady who answered was incredibly rude and said it was dispatched on the 7th March. Between then and now, I have sent them at least 4 or 5 emails and they have not responded to a single one of them when they claim "Please rest assured your e-mail WILL BE answered just as soon as possible", it's now been 3 weeks or more since my first mail. They also claim to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within 14 days, this is stated in the shipping terms and conditions on their website, obviously they hadn't stuck to it. A few days after threatening to do a chargeback on my credit card, I receive a special delivery (next day) package, so it appears either the first package was lost in the post (and they didn't respond to my email asking for proof of posting), or they hadn't sent it at all and panicked when they thought I was going to claim my money back.

It's a shame really, as they sell hundreds of things that would be very useful to my business, but I won't be buying from them again that's for sure. I should have read the other reviews on here first...

Do not buy from this cowboy outfit they cant even send the items you order, when you return the item and ask for the item you ordered you wait nearly 2 weeks waste your time making 3 phone calls then get told they have sent a refund. Forget it they are not worth the hassle
