I bought a cobra usb on January 8, and so far my the purchase had to be provided. I have written to 10 times them an email,with question where is my purchase, or give back my money ! when i call all the time turning on the answering machine, to send an SMS, they do not provide an answer. all I can tell you they are the fraudsters!

Waiting weeks on product, sent upwards of 8 emails, none answered, eventually got through to some one on phone, sounded like i was a nuisance to her. told me she would sort it and reply to emails immediately. was about to hang up when i pointed out that she didn't know who I was and what my order number was, which indicated that she didn't care and had no intention of following up and true to form its been over a week and I haven't heard a thing. phone now gets redirected, site went missing for a couple of days but they are back now waiting for more victims. Dont get caught out by these thieves and any positive reviews that follow this have to be staged. these people are thieves and i have joined the list of people they have shafted. look below read all the reviews

I purchased a Cobra Dongle off them over a month ago.
Still no item.
I have emailed them several times, no replies.
I have texted them, and still no reply.
So I called them asking where my item was, they say after 2 weeks that they will send it the next day special deliver. 2 weeks after, still nothing.
Do not waste your time on this terrible scamming website.
You'll just loose your money.

Brought a chip for my wii, great mod, excellent product with no problems and fast delivery.

PLEASE don't waste your time with this company. They take your money for goods which are supposedly in stock and then don't send you anything.
They don't reply to emails and the shipping dates they post on their Facebook page are pure fantasy.
They do seem to have enough time to delete all the negative comments they get on Facebook though.
Total scammers and you will only get your money back by claiming it through your bank.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Paid £35.99 for cobra usb to be delivered via special delivery (supposed to be next day) and still nothing. No replies to my emails and no telephone number. DON'T USE

No arrival of my order, refund issued after some days via paypal then suddently refund failed their account is empty of funds

Now website is down, I suggest a scammer.

This company has a .co.uk address but is refistered in France - No doubt to get around the UK laws that say you must have the goods in stock or be able to get them within 2 days.

I would give these peopla WIDE birth

I ordered my Blaster 360 CK3 on 7th April. At which point the site showed over 200+ in stock ready for next day delivery. The next day I checked it showed that the item was on back-order, with them expecting stock in 7-10 days.

I have sent them 5 emails asking when they expect to have this item back in stock and have had no reply. I would not be overly bothered if they could just tell me that it will be in stock next week for example, but the lack of contact really irritates me as they have already taken my money. There is no other way of contacting this company apart from email, which they do not reply to anyway!

It is now exactly 2 weeks since my order, I have paid the money, have no item and no way of contacting this company.

Placed an order for an item that was on Back order. Which I have been trying to cancel for over a week now! I have filled in the Contact Us section FIVE TIMES with not a single response and also emailed them directly. It seems that they are quite happy to take my money but offer no Customer support. A shame as a two years ago I got very good service from them. Now I can only suggest AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Time to speak to my credit card company!

i brought the cycloDS and payed for special delivery which was an extra 6 pounds and that was 5 days ago it was also for a birthday pressent and you try telling a 6 year old why hes got no pressent he cried and cried im so upset with there so called fast delivery that i wont be recomending anyone to them ever again i used then a few years ago and i couldnt fault the service

I orderd an item and paid for next day delivery that was over 10 days ago and im still waiting.
Have tried to contact them through there Contact Us button but all messages are ignored.
I used these 2 years ago and could not fault there service but now its a total disgrace.

My Advice would be never use them as i will never use again, and still keeping my fingers crossed my item will turn up eventualy.

GOOD ARE STATED AS IN STOCK NEXT DAY DELIVERY, THEY DONT ARRIVE AND YOU NEVER GET A REPLY FROM THEM WHEN EMAILED . THE ONLY WAY TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK IS BY CONTACTING YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY

The website had a stock level of over 1000 of the item that I required, next day when I checked they had 78, I placed my order whilst the item was in stock but I've been waiting for over 2 weeks for the items to arrive! They offer RM Special delivery so should have been with me within a few days.
