As I mentioned before- it's all very bad. After my first comment here I was contacted by them, asked to send pictures of what was wrong, and that was it. Six months later, I haven't heard from them yet. About the sofa, apart from all the stains and a hole, now it makes annoying sounds every time you sit or move while sitting, or... I am sure you get it!
