Quick and trustworthy
I bought a diving torch on mtbgigant because I read positive reviews on the site and they offer a two year warranty on the products bought on their site. There where cheaper sites, but it was not clear if the product was the same and, moreover, when you buy equipment for tough condition it is worth spending few more euros to be sure what you receive will work. The shipment was fast and a tracking number was provided. I did already 3 dives with the torch and worked perfectly.

First time with MTBGigant, fully satisfied.
I ordered some products from MTBGigant, I asked for some support in English (a english version of their website is welcome :) ) and the MTBGigant staff were very helpful guiding me on their web-site and informing me every day the order status.
The only con. that I can point is that it took 7 days to receive my products package since they released it (from Netherlands to Belgium).
I fully recommend their service and personally I will consider to continue buying on this website.

Fast and reliable.
I was happy with a web site design, a procedure of purchasing selected items and fast delivery. Plus getting confirmation mails during various stages. I have got my order delivered next day.
Basically this is a way it should be but having recently very bad experience with other web shop I realized that such a service is not always a convenient way of a customer care.
