Bad quality and so far bad service.
Delivery of my sons atv was ok.
The atv broke down very fast after starting it up. The clutch can simply not manage the atv running in different rpm´s. For know the clutch has been changed 3 times(nr. 4 pending), carburator 1 time, fuel hoses changed. Hand-pull starter changed, due to broken spring and know on the new hand-pull starter the rope has come off.
I fully understood before bying the atv that buyer should have understanding and knowledge to fix the machine, which I have(I'm a Marine Engineer). But the quality is so poor, that we haven´t even been able to have the atv running for a couple of hours(for more than a year) because of the clutch defects.
My son have had no joy what so ever of this atv.
Now I´m trying to get it returned, but they seem to drag the time. They will not accept that the product(atv) they were selling is faulty.
I tried to be kind and suggested that they could get the atv back and we could make a deal about that. We will se what happens. I´m unfortunately not optimistic.
If it was possible to give less than 1 star in rating I would give it. Im not normally a guy that complaints a lot, but in this case I had to "worn" others about bying their stuff in this shop.
