Incorrectly priced item to attract…

Incorrectly priced item to attract attention to the site which was then cancelled. Whilst within their rights to do so, it is annoying that they did so especially when I could have got it elsewhere for similar money.

I did not receive any tracking links

I did not receive any tracking links, and when I phoned, I was told that the package would be with me on a certain day. I did not receive any further information, and when I left a message on my two outer doors to leave any packages in a certain place, this did not happen, and I had to go to the post office to get the goods.
I have since found that I could have got the item from Amazon, so I won't be using you again!,

Great service

After a few days my order had not arrived. Contacted company one afternoon, they found out that the courier had lost it and said they would send a replacement. This arrived the following lunchtime !!! That IS great service - thank you.

Good, but could have been better

Would have been five star rating as it was speedily received, but communications leave a lot to be desired with no email order confirmation or despatch updates.

Did not complete the order

Advertised, accepted my order and then withdrew on the ground that the item was not available. Why advertise and accept my order.
Then sent this request to review in wording that suggested that the order went ahead.
