Official iPhone Unlock 

I have been waiting 100 days for my ipad to be unlocked and wanted an updated for a fixed date when it would be completed, I was offered vouchers which I declined as I have no need for them and would not want to use the service again, they give default answers are unhelpful and it seems like a con. I now have £100 worth of vouchers being refunded instead of my money, after I explicitly said I did not want them and they have said they are cancelling my order after waiting all this time... I'm. Absolutely disgusted DO NOT USE THEM

I paid and I never got my phone unlocked or got a refund. I kept getting an automatic response about it being in progress when I tried to reach customer service. Nochex could not reach them and refund me.

DO NOT USE SCAMMING WEBSITE

They use trickery words and processes to obtain business, please be advised most companies and Iphone sim unlock devices for FREE..... which may take up to 72hrs but same applies to this website that charges. They also charge for a network check, you can do that yourself with a few different sim cards please dont be tricked by these sites.

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - my review along with many others keeps getting taken down and Trust Pilot should protect the consumer and stop this company taking down our reviews of the worst possible experiences. Do not go near this company. Scam.

I keep getting my reviews for this company removed just for speaking the truth.

This company tried to charge me a significant sum to unlock a phone that was already unlocked. Seems strange when they say the can check if it is possible to unlock a Phone, yet they failed to mention it was already unlocked and tried to charge me further.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. There are significant reviews advising of their poor standard. Save yourself loosing money and take the advice.

Dont be a victim like many others. Many of the positive reviews on this site are fake. Just filter on all the positive reviews then look at the users who have made them, most have just one review those who have more then click and you will see in most cases the other review is for a company this this one also trade under.

This company will say they can remove icloud account ids, I was niave enough to believe it. They will ask for a payment to remove the account for you, then they will come back and ask for more money. This is when I stopped and started researching into this company and read all the reviews online about the victims who have been scammed. I did not make anymore payments but many have. In the end they tell you it is not possible to unlock because your phone is stolen or blacklisted, some cases people may well be trying to get it done illegitimately but others there well could be a good reason. Either way this company will be taking your money and leaving you in the same situation but poorer.

They also have articles circulating where what looks like review articles recommending thier service. Just please take this with a pinch of salt.

I kicked off after my research, cited my rights and managed to get a refund.

I urge you to do your research before parting with your money.

I’m Gary I live in Jamaica I bought this iPhone over a year ago I have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get it unlocked to worked in Jamaica it was previously locked to T-Mobile America and I could not get it unlock I tried several unlocking companies and it just wouldn’t work including all famous Dr S but no luck until I find this site it was amazing thank you Appleiphoneunlock for letting me finally get to use my iPhone after so long your service was excellent I will only use AppleIphoneunlock from now on 🙏🏽🙏🏽

These guys are a total scam. You pay a small upfront fee then they hit you with the actual bill. You'll get upset when they don't provide the code and you'll email them, they will ignore you. You'll leave a bad review on this site and someone will reply with:

" can you please include your order number so that I can look into this order for you"

It will go no further than that. They are counting on you giving up. To get a refund you need to issue a charge back on the card you paid with. When you are posting a review don't break the trustpilot rules, even though you are furious your review will count for nothing if they can manage to get it removed.

Be warned, you have very little chance of getting your phone unlocked with these guys.

In need of an Update would you send where is the current status of my order, I haven't hear anything from a few weeks and I can't see any progress in my account please advice.
I need my full refund and I'll stop writing reviews otherwise I would keep spreading your services as not very satisfactory, not a threat just giving you facts!!

Terrible service- I submitted a request to have my iPhone unlock October 13, 2019. Today is June 19, 2020 and 8 months later my phone is still locked. They charged me over a $100 and they don’t have the courtesy to update you. I will be going to my card company to take back my funds.

My order Order ID: 6194060 was done since march 2019... Until now no reply from them.

Please note that my first order was also not delivered, and was converted to 'vouchers'.

Stay away! Reviews get deleted... No solution, they only want you're money.

I was a little reticent at first paying for an unlock service online but this is a reputable company. It took a few days but my phone is now unlocked and working perfectly. Thanks very much!

I had bad experience, since 2016 ordered Ipad unlock, payed extra money, not answer. they say added as voucher which never materialised. Just wanted to return money.
My order number was 342469, 3444350, 3446512, did i get service done or money back, nope.
Just still can't believe they still exist.

Its right company checked my receipts

They sent me an email saying my phone was unlocked. But nope! It did NOT work. Their refund policy states 100%, but it will not be in cash. It will be in worthless points to their worthless service. I ended up losing 100$ on their useless service.

Since I paid for the application in January I have had no response from this application, my case number is 11137949. They do not give me an answer, they are irresponsible

Ask for money up front and then when paid ask for another £50 to continue the unlock process. RUBBISH and misleading.

There is no mention that a second fee of triple the original costs is required to "unlock your phone"

Nearly £80 to unlock a phone that the carrier will do for £8.99 (£19.99 for them to check how much more they can charge you and then nearly £60.00 to actually unlock the phone.

No offer of a refund has been sent to me what so ever! In fact, I still receive emails saying that I need to pay the fee or lose my pre paid deposit.

Ee unlocked it in a day for under a tenner!

Avoid

You will pay your money (£15) and be told you will receive an email when your unlock is ready. This email is just a demand for A LOT MORE MONEY as the “final unlocking payment” (4 times your original payment at £57.50).
Do not waste your money thinking you will be getting your phone unlocked for £15 BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT it will end up being £72.50.

Use a local shop, your network provider, any other reputable firm but avoid these at all costs.

Hello, I placed my order a while ago and I've sent many follow up emails but no one has responded yet. I gave them an IMEI that was not blacklisted nor stolen and then they start working on it and they tell me it has become blacklisted. I have checked every website which says that my phone is not blacklisted nor stolen and yet they direct me to the one website that says it is blacklisted. I have pictures and proof that my phone is not lost or stolen, yet this website still tells me it is locked. Fix this now or I will be in touch with my bank for at the minimum a refund. They gave me a refund which does not do justice for how much they screwed me over. This is proof that their service doesn't even work on a phone that met every guideline they had. They told me "sorry we couldn't unlock it at the time" which means that they can't ever unlock it because this was phone met all criteria for it to be unlcoked.
