Okobe Ltd 

I have tried for over a month to contact Okobe UK to return a monitor that is defective...not one single e-mail has been replied to.
I will NEVER buy from Okobe UK again, even though it was through Amazon, I seem to have no recourse except to contact my bank.
I have contacted the manufacturer of the monitor who responded within hours and is keen to resolve the issue.

I've used Okobe on a number of occasions and they never fail to provide excellent service. Great communications from the moment the order is placed. I don't really need to send time shopping around for the best price I just go to Okobe and it's there!

This was my first purchase from Okobe. The laptop was really in stock and for the lowest price on the Web. Customer service was available on the phone and delivery was quick. I will not hesitate to buy from them again.

before buying a Wacom Bamboo Graphics Tablet I'd never heard or had an experience of Okobe however the ease of buying the product, the speed in which it was delivered and the quality of the packing surpassed my expectations, overall the experience was faultless and I will definitely use Okobe in the future.

I have no hesitation in recommending Okobe as they were very efficient at dealing with my order and it came one day early.

Let down by couriers and by Canon Europe Okobe took 3 weeks to deliver my printer. However I give 4 stars because I think that Okobe were as frustrated as I was and they really did try to get the goods to me. The final delivery was on time and in good order.

Have used Okobe twice now and on both occasions the price, the purchase mechanism, the delivery time and cost have all been faultless. If you have not tried this company yet, you really should..

Got to say that these guys were good with cheap price, fast delivery and quick email response times. Only thing to improve I would say is mobile browsing. The website did not work to well on my phone so I had to order on my laptop. Come on guys, get the site working on mobiles! Not much more to say. Will use again. Keep up the good work.

Okobe UK bought through Amazon UK were very friendly and extremely prompt at answering my questions I emailed through prior to ordering. I have no doubts about using them again for future purchases. A first rate service at a great price - Good job Okobe UK!!

Paid the additional for Express Delivery and ordered it before the deadline for dispatch that day. When it didn't arrive, I phoned customer services who said that ParcelForce "missed" my item at the evening collection. It ended up same delivery slot as if I hadn't paid the extra. I emailed customer services asking for a refund but they never responded. Sad that otherwise good companies let themselves down like this!

I have been using Okobe for ages now. Bought a drawing tablet from them, hard drives and more.

Last week ordered a new hard drive. Standard postage, it was here in 3 days.
And called the customer service for an error in my payment and It was all resolved withing a 3 minute call.

I bought a ViewSonic LCD for a great price (over £15 less than Amazon).
Was kept updated at every stage from order confirmation to dispatch.
Will continue shopping here - always on the lookout for more great prices.

I believe the item I purchased arrived in very good condition. Perfect Monitor with 2560x1440P using EVGA GTX 780 SC. Brilliant colors and excellent contrast.
