Terrible service

By far, the worst customer service I have experienced in Denmark.

I have asked for my order to be cancelled the day after I placed it, since the website was misleading by telling me they have a product in stock, that they did not actually have. No answer was provided to any of my emails, but three weeks later a product that was different than the one on the website was shipped to me. Again, no answer was provided to my emails.

I have returned the product to the return-address mentioned on website, together with my bill, but I have yet to see my money back.

I honestly doubt I will.
