The worst hotel I have seen and the treatment is very bad. I recommend closing the hotel and I do not recommend that a reservation be made in this hotel. I have a bad experience with this hotel

I have read so much about the Orel.com being a scam for the past few years. It is not justified not to say impartial thing about this online hotel booking platform. As a matter of fact, I did get the total refund of cancellation ( more than 1000 USD on the hotel booking a few years ago. I cancelled my booking in April and got back my money in May.

They took 578 euros and I was unable to contact them or get my money back. Sick to my stomach. Never ever use this site. A very expensive lesson.

Very poor. Took my money for trip, THEY cancelled trip and will not answer any emails to refund. AVOID and use a more reputable company.

My name is BRAHIM SAHBI and my booking number is 2D836D8 from 6 June to 10 June 2020 free cancellation so I’ve canceled my reservation on 21 April because covid19 and I sent many messages to Otel.com but I haven’t received my refund on my account.I tried to do all things about get my refund but I gave up because this company Otel.com is stolen my money.
Please tell me how can I solve my problem as soon as possible.

A company to steal people, it happened to me when I booked hotel in dubai so until now I haven’t received any money.Also I can’t find that company to get a refund or change my booking.

I booked a hotel for last summer before the pandemic and actually went, I didn't cancel. Called the hotel and was told Otel had cancelled it a month earlier even though they were still emailing me the vouchers day before the trip. I had to pay again to get my room.

Complained to Otel in August 2020, got a reply in September that they were looking into it, never heard from them again.

I booked accommodation with otel .com April 2020 asked for a refund no refund got a voucher which is of no use to me have emailed them several times no answer €400 I gave them

I have cancelled my booking within the free cancellation period as per the booking terms and conditions. I didn't get the refund, instead I was given a 1yr voucher. With the travel restrictions in place we can't travel for a while and the voucher is useless. I have lost $1100 to this fraud company. Otel.com is a fraud company.

I booked through the OTEL.COM website in Las Vegas in March 2020. Unfortunately, we had to cancel everything because of COVID-19 !!
Initially promised a full refund of 90 days of drumming. When this does not happen, promise a refund of a credit voucher instead. Provided that we place an order in the future through them on the website, we will receive the guaranteed refund!
They have disappeared from the radar and there is no trace of their site. Cheat us on the OTEL.COM website

Owed a refund as weren't able to stay during to covid, rang the company from NZ so big toll bill, to be told I would get a voucher or refund, I opted for a refund, just about a year on and nothing, can't get hold of anyone, these guys are big RIP OFFS, have scammed so many people and are getting away with and we can do nothing, as they have shut everything down.

This compamy sucks. Ripped me off 1000 bucks. When pandemic first hit amd shut down everything April 1st 2020 they wasnt around 2 weeks before hand and 3 months after. Part of thier policy is you have to cancle on phone or by email before Reservation. They wouldnt answer the phone or reply to email so they think they are justified in saying you wasnt complient. My bank said they was justified and took back the reverse charges. I heard from then after i had bank reverse charges and they said by good faith they would do something for me. Crickets every since.

this company is an absolute disgrace should be banned owed £1168 from pre covid trip which was obviously cancelled they have squirmed out of it with credit card company so i have financial onbudsman if not i will see you in court never ever again you deserve to fold
