site malhonnête, à éviter

Bonjour,
Alors que je suis un fidèle des jeux du site "ouah.fr", le 12 janvier 2021 j'ai commandé le cadeau suivant : chèque de 20€ à 69 000 OP. Ce même 12 janvier j'ai reçu le message suivant de silvain de chez ouah.com : "Votre commande pour le cadeau suivant a bien été enregistrée:
1 X Chèque cadeau de 20 Euros
Votre compte Ouah ! a été débité de la valeur correspondante, soit: 69 000 OP
Vous allez recevoir votre cadeau dans un délai de : 15 à 30 jours.
A ce jour 21 Mars 2021 je n'ai toujours pas reçu ce cadeau et encore moins une réponse à mes messages.
Désormais je cherche comment les obliger à honorer leurs engagements.

Un de plus !

Je n'ai jamais pu échanger mes différents points, pour certains cadeaux choisis, ces derniers étant toujours indisponibles !Alors pourquoi, les laisser dans la liste, et ne pas ajouter d'autres titres ?
Ce site fait partie d'un ensemble de jeux dont l'intérêt reste personnel et non pas communautaire !
