Great quality light and fast shipping, really happy with how it looks once installed! The only downside was that the description didn’t clearly mention that the base isn’t included. Would’ve been helpful to know before ordering, but overall still very satisfied with the purchase and the product itself.

I placed an order yesterday and received a confirmation email with an order #. I cannot find any information about my order online and when I phoned it doesn't recognize the order # or my phone #. Now I'm waiting on the phone for customer service and it said it will be 26 minutes. So aggravating - I'm on hold for 26 minutes and a message is breaking in constantly that my call is very important to them. Maybe designed to make you hang up.
I decided to cancel my order based on the issues and reviews. The new phone # I called also said wait time was 26 minutes. I was told I couldn't cancel my order even though there's no record of it online. The rep said they would escalate to the warehouse. I have the contact info for Utah Dept of Justice. I will be reaching out to them if this isn't taken care of. They should not allow this company to operate as it does looking at the reviews.
I just got confirmation my order was cancelled. Hopefully, the funds are returned quickly.
I just moved into a new home where I’ve been decorating, and out of all the companies I’ve dealt with, I think overstock is the cheapest and the best. I ordered a small desk on wayfair only to find it $30.00 cheaper on overstock, when I called Wayfair the agent said there is nothing more we can do and wanted to charge me for the return. I bought 2 items from overstock. These items were extremely fragile,and overpriced for the quality, which was poor. Additionally, returning them overstock wanted me to pay shipping costs that nearly equaled what I paid for the products. I'm sure they didn't pay same amt. to ship them to me. Will NEVER BUY from them again.
I tend to browse only when I'm bored. There's a lot of interesting content to look at and they often have discounts for what I want to buy
