Varen indholder ikke det beskrevede: Plat og svindel

Jeg købte den engelske TV-serie Folk og Fæ, over nettet hos et firma i Viborg, der sælger DVD-film. Denne serie består af i alt syv DVD-bokse, og serie er på i alt 88 afsnit. Men da jeg modtog den sidste boks, der efter det trykte omslag, skulle indeholde 13 afsnit, viste der sig kun at være 12!!! Jeg kontakte Panvision, og fik at vise jeg ville høre nærmere. Der skete imidlertid ikke noget i sagen, og derfor mailede jeg til firmaet. De skrev tilbage at de havde droppet det sidste afsnit. Så står man der med alle talenterne. Kundeservice kender de i hvertfald ikke til i den biks. Så hvis nogen læser dette, så pas på når navnet Panvision dukker op, for det er en gang platugler dersidder der.
