Kept my return, and no refund!

Ordered a CPU, but it was informed it was "Out of Stock" and I could order a different spec, but more expensive. No thanks... so I cancelled order. One month later a CPU turns up... it was the original order. Yes, they had billed my VISA. Emailed PC-Huset and they said I could return it for a refund, so I did. 4 weeks later no refund. Called them up - "No, we never received your return. Sorry. Too bad. No refund for you."

Will never use PC-Huset again.
