basically ruined my phone!
I took my iphone 8 for a fix in PC Fixer Valby. The glass on the back was broken, so it just needed a replacement. They changed the glass but the frame was bent so there was a visible space between the screen and the frame... I discovered it because pressing on the screen made a clicking sound! I took it back for repair, and then they fixed that but messed up the NFC (near field communication) - meaning that Apple Pay or wireless charging did not work. I took it back a 3rd time, and this time you could see that the employee was annoyed with me. They finally got that to work but in about a month or so, my phone went from 96% battery to 12% suddenly, and then it died without a warning. This kept happening and I could only use it with a battery pack. At this point I was fed up with the phone and just bought another one.

we are sorry to hear that the battery went slow after a few weeks after our service. we would like to point out that batteries can go bad if used while charged. And it sounds like u need a new battery wich is funny because it worked perfectly fine with us. anyway we wish u a happy day.

Quick service with expertise
Very quick and good service. Took my tabletop to Pc Fixer Valby as i couldn't figure out a power failure despite reassuring all couplings and connections were intact. The guys at Pc Fixer spotted a short-circuit I myself could in no way have found and fixed the issue within 2 hours (was promised in 3 days)
Even my girlfriend thought they did a good job and were nice people. Go figure.

Professional and friendly service
HIsil spent quite a few hours (!) clearing out my laptop's massive virus attack. Very professional, experienced and loved some moments of "challenge". Back again at home, AVG detected and shielded a trojan horse, and some of my websites needed the latest version of java, which strangely would not download – lost use of those crucial websites. Back to the store. Apparently, another "phase" was needed however -- a total clean out and reinstallation of software, which apparently were damaged. It is being worked on now. Loss of key programs and 850kr bill for hopefully a fix is quite a smash to this 'pentionist' family. I pray that this indeed provides humor and entertainment to this wonderful virus “provider”.
