Pfjonescamping 

I ordered an item off the website and the delivery time claimed that it would take 1-2 days. After a week I called them to find out where my goods were. I was passed from pillar to post and eventually told that the item was no longer available. I had to call back 3 times as staff promised to call back and didn't. Eventually I was told I would get a refund. In their defence, it was processed that day. They were very quick to take my money in the first place, but if I hadn't kept chasing them, I doubt I would have ever received anything. Terrible service. Avoid.

Really helpful and polite staff which is always nice as I didn't really know what tent and gear I wanted/ needed to go camping until they helped me.
