Fantastic service, I'll never use another online bookshop!! :-)
On my first order I saved over £14.00 on four ACCA textbooks. I chose Pickabook as I prefer to shop with independent retailers. The books were delivered free and arrived next day. Wow!! I have shopped with them many times since and their value for money and speed of delivery is second to none. I can't rate them highly enough.

Damaged book and long shipping time
A totally unacceptable experience. Book took seven days from order placement to delivery, even though it was supposedly in stock and delivery should take 2-3 days according to their website. One of the books was damaged and I had to go to the Post Office and return at my own expense (although they promised to refund the cost to my credit card). Arrogant and frankly useless customer service; for this level of inconvenience I really expected some small gesture of goodwill and will certainly never use them again. Make sure you don't make the mistake either.
