I was sceptical at first. However, they have changed their website and made their customer service better. Purchased approximately 11000 USD worth of goods. They were able to ship out 10300 USD worth, and forout-of-stock items,k items, they offered a refund or store credit. I selected store credit to use for next purchase.

The website looked kinda sketchy, extremely basic, with no information about the business or if their products are genuine/legitimate.. when I registered to view their prices, they sent an email of my exact password..... Meaning your password is NOT encrypted, really fishy and take precautions when choosing to purchase from them.. they're one bored hacker away from getting their customer's data stolen. Use paypal for payments!!

The delivery took to long to arrive, I didn't receive what I ordered and I never got a reply when I wrote to the customer service. Very bad experience overall.

If you search online, you will find “n” number of websites offering you body jewelry and claiming to be the best. But please be very careful about the quality. The bad quality material can cause infections and scars. I Noah Anniss have personally bought from piercebody.com and I have no regrets. The quality is reliable and you get exactly what is there in the product image.

Never received jewelry!! Tried to contact company by phone and no response was told they were "not available". Sent request through website, still no response. Finally, placed dispute with PayPal. Waiting on refund.

I always had this certain style of jewelry that many stores do not have, I looked online for hours trying to find one store. I came across this one, I was impressed with the variety. I enjoyed browsing for piercing and finally found what I was looking for. So much fun

There are tons of body piercing shops where I live but this website has a collection so vast and unique that making a decision seemed like it would never happen. I finally settled on 3 labrets and I must say I am impressed with the quality of their products. They delivered quickly in the time frame promised and there has been no fading in the jewelry. I must say I will be ordering from them again if I ever get tired of the peices that I've already purchased that is!

Do not order from this website. I ordered products over a month ago and have not received them. I have called US customer service three times and have emailed SEVEN times. I have only heard back one time and they said they would look into it and contact me the next day. They have not contacted me again. That was a week ago. Effffffdd!!!

This company has terrible customer service, don't answer emails, and when you call, they talk down to you.
