Like everyone else, should have checked here before ordering. Have cancelled my card and reported to police via their actionfraud website. Let's hope these crooks get their just desserts! I have also reported to their hosting company.

I recently remembered this company from 5 years ago....took my money and nothing. After many phone calls and emails I gave up. These robbing scumbags still owe me £135.......at the time I had not the facilities nor the time to do much more, but I do now
: ) and my money is much needed now....I am setting off to pay a visit to get my money back.

Same story as everyone else, placed order, received acknowledgement and then nothing. How has this been allowed to go on for years. Haven’t taken money yet, so don’t know what the scam is, unless it is just collecting customer details to sell on.

I really can’t believe I fell for this - I am normally so careful. However, a professional looking website, three different UK addresses on the site (all of which appear to be fake or non existent) and two mobile telephone contact numbers, (neither of which work) convinced me it was genuine. I placed an order and got no less than five separate confirmations. So far so good. Then - nothing - despite the web site saying goods are despatched promptly. When I tried to call them I then realised the contact numbers were false. Alarm bells started ringing and only then I checked Trust Pilot. How I wish I had done so before. As the old saying goes, if something appears to be too good to be true then it probably is. Called my bank and blocked the card I gave them details of. Fortunately they hadn’t taken any payment. Lesson learned and I hope others reading this will be suitably warned! Avoid at all costs!

We've used the company before with no problem. We then placed another order on 17/7/19 and although we received confirmation of our order there has been nothing else.

We have tried phoning the mobile number given on their website all times of day, leaving messages and have emailed and had absolutely no response.

The money hasn't been taken out of our account but we have made our bank aware.

They have instructed us to keep all correspondence with Pilotwarehouse as proof. I suggest you do the same incase monies are taken and no goods received.

My advice. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We certainly won't again.

I have been waiting for two weeks now for an order I placed, of which there is no sign. A week ago, I emailed asking for an update on delivery and this has been totally ignored.
Consequently, I thought I'd look for reviews, and found this site.
Clearly, this company is untrustworthy.
I have not been charged yet (just under £10) so will speak to my bank and find out whether I can block any possible payment on my credit card.

Rip off. Don't even think about using them.

I wouldn’t even bother with this place.
I put an order through and got the standard email saying they will change my card at dispatch.
3 weeks later I had still hear nothing. I tried calling them (left many voicemails), emailing them to ask for update for a following 2 weeks. Still nothing.
I ended up cancelling my card so they couldn’t charge me and going to Transair instead (they were brill).

Order placed, nothing received and no response. Nothing short of criminal behaviour with a similar pattern lasting years. I can't understand how they are allowed to continue to trade. I can only assume it is our fault for not reporting it. Do everyone a favour, tell the authorities and have them shut down.

Same story as all the others, ordered, prompt order confirmation then - nothing. Telephone number comes up as 'not recognised'. I also, obviously, supplied card details - dumb or what! I have mailed and written cancelling the order and will be contacting trading standards and my bank.

Still waiting for my order to arrive, have emailed them twice to ask where it is, no response. Will be reporting them to OFT unless they reply to my latest email...has anyone done that yet?

Someone please shut these crooks down.

I wish I had read the many reports here before I passed over my credit card details.

Like everyone else on here, I should have reviewed this pathetic excuse for a company before ordering. Mobile only telephone number should have rung alarm bells to start with.

Like all you others I ordered, got the standard email. Nothing for 2 weeks. Left voicemails and sent emails...nothing. Has to be a scam doesn't it as no company can make a living if they don't sell stuff can they?

Will wait with interest to see if my card is debited. Feel stupid now -
a time wasting bunch of scammers no doubt. Website looks good though...lol.

Anyone new reading these reviews...they are all genuine. Stay well clear of this scam.

The same as all the others. Ordered, no delivery and not responding to calls, emails etc. Avoid like the plague!

Placed and paid for an order. Tried to contact by phone or e-mail numerous times no luck. DO NOT USE

I placed an order with this company in January 2016 and received a confirmation immediately which said they would charge my credit card when they despatched the ordered items. To date (November 2016), I have not received ANY communication from them, nor the goods that I ordered.
I received no response to several phone calls (voicemail/answephone messages) and emails to enquire about the status of my order. Their postal addresses are so vague as to be untraceable or nonexistent.
I obtained the goods that I required from another source, cancelled my order with them, withdrew my permission for them to charge my credit card in any amount for any reason and informed my bank.

No goods delivered!
Have taken my money.
No answer when you ring.
Leave messages and they don't return calls.
Do they exist?

Do not send goods out - do not answer phone calls even to mobile number - do not reply to emails
Total scam company

Ordered headset, paid by cc, payment not taken so emailed to query, no reply to email and headset, no answer on phone, left message to cancel and also emailed to cancel. No acknowledgement to either, complete waste of time
