We ordered over 500€ of equipment in June. From what I've read here we have been lucky as we received our pool and bache but are still owed 86€ of equipment. Emails were at first answered with promises of delivery but then nothing, rien, nada! I feel for the people who are owed 1000's euros. The site should be closed as it looks like it's still operating despite the "Fermeture définitive" heading. Bonne chance tout le monde avec le liquidateur.

Hi, order was completed accurately, but... the transport company used had a functionaire for a driver. Will probably use another supplier who delivers using Mory or Schenker Joyau in the future as both these companies have very helpful drivers in my area.
I am delighted with the solar cover and the roller both were relatively easy to install and use. I recommend both.

Great temp pool for the heatwave. Seems sturdy and should last a while if looked after. Very satisfied. Will certainly use the company again when we purchase a more permanent pool

For the Engish - this was a great service. I bought a pool and later some accesories. Everything arrived on time, and as stated. Beware though, if you buy a wooden framed pool you have to unload all the pieces off the truck by hand! Although it does mention this on the website. It took me the best part of five days to complete the pool, not three as suggested. But it was all worth it.
I'd certainly recommend this company for good, efficient service, and for their range of products, which I haven't yet found cheaper anywhere.
