I have ordered the eos 6d camera the 2. August, and they still haven't even send the camera yet, the order status is just "processing". The second day after ordering my camera I wrote to them when i would get my camera and they answered 5-10 days and that I would get a tracking nr very soon. When I didn't get that I wrote to them again, and since then I haven't heard from them! My money is gone and I don't know or if I would get my camera!!

I bought an AMD Radeon HD 6870 GPU. It was so cheap (114€), that I first thought that I have been cheated or something after reading some of the ratings on here.
The product arrived as fast as it was possible, for it had to be shipped from France to Germany, it took about 4-5 days. The package was well secured, for GPUs are usually quite sensitive, so that was alright.
It even was a GPU made by Sapphire, one of the biggest producers of grafic cards in the world. I was suspicious at first, because it seemed impossible that a product this cheap could come from a well known company.
However, the shop loses one star because of the high shipping costs (~10€) and the high fee for cash on delivery (~10€)

from my experience i would never buy from pixmania again.. customer service and delivery service absolutely shocking. Ordered a gas cooker and washing machine a mnth ago with a promise of a week delivery. Two weeks later i contacted them and was informed that the delay in sending both was down to waiting for a new washer to arrive. So asked for teh gas cooker to be sent immediate as we had moved into a new house without any appliance. Damaged cooker was delivered the night before bank holiday and closed for the bank holiday.
Made than several phonecalls were made from the 6th of April -10th when they FINALLY opended , and they refused to replace or refund my money despite myself offering to buy a more expensive model. Their pathetic excuse was that I should have sent an email during the holiday period even though they were closed, even though we had just moved into the new property which had no internet connections and during the bank holiday , every public service that had internet were closed. I am waiting for paypal to resolve this as well as contacting customer service..I am waiting for my washing machine which was ordered more than 4 weeks ago ona 1 week delivery promise.NEVER AGAIN.........

LOGITECH webcam Pro 9000 delivered very promptly by PIXMANIA, and at a very good price.

Only adverse comment - packing could have included air bags to secure unit within main box, but even so, received undamaged and works very well.

I just bougth a scooter from Pixmania.de through eBay.

I was sent but did not arrive for a week. Then contacted pixmania that refused to do anything unless i signed a document that stated that i was not allowed to contact my bank for a refund.

The agreement on eBay said nothing of theese extra conditions and if it did not arrive I would not give up my rigths.

Pixmania then kept insisting on the signed document and did nothing. I finally contacted the transport company myself that was kind enough to find it somewhere at get it to me. it ended up taking 13 days
Pixmania still have done nothing

The problem is that pixmania tries to get customers to abandon their rigths after the deal has been made!
