Povdirect 

Tried to place an order. Took 6 days via email. Oee response per day to my emails.
Final emial from them,after I put in a short complaint at lack of response, to take my business else where.
So I did.
I would not rrecommend this crowd.

My Laptop turned up the next day, and when there was a problem with it a month later it was swapped over with no fuss

O have used POV for many years now, always had good service from the staff, where items were not available, alternatives were sourced aherepractical and when things did go wrong or not work correctly, they were replaced or sorted out very efficiently.

Outstanding Service as always, I ordered my 40" Led TV late in the day and after the cut- off, Premier One Vision only charged me £4.95 delivery, I was suprised when it turned up at 10.20am the next day, I have been dealing with this company for over 8 years now and always have had great level service.

You can do no better than to buy from this company, great bunch of people, great level of care,

How fantastic is it when you actually come across a company that really do want to help out!
Having pre-ordered a Cintiq, I only expected the usual, "You'll get it when you get it." routine. However, these guys bent over backwards to get it to me asap. I called several times to check things out, rather needless on my part, and each time my call was treated with nothing but respect, patience and a genuine desire to get things sorted out for me.
Communication was second to none, both on the phone and through email updates.
My product arrived in pristene condition, and well before I expected it to arrive.
A truly fabulous company that I would recommend to everybody!

In this day and age it was so refreshing to deal with a company that seemed to actually care about its customer.
I had ordered a new Toshiba tv from povdirect after speaking to them by telephone re a delivery date for the product.
5 days before the expected delivery date I got a call from Bill at POVdirect to say my TV had come in and was being despatched for next day delivery, By half nine the next day I was in possession of the TV

This company really impressed me, friendly staff, great price and great delivery

Item was ordered fairly late (5 minutes before the 'next day delivery' cut-off) and arrived early the next morning. I honestly thought I was cutting it fine to receive my television the following day, so hats off and thanks to all involved.
