It came but the sprayer does not work properly. The scent is nice but that is the main issue.

Placed an order beginning of September for Elizabeth Arden makeup which was allegedly in stock. At the end of September I had not received product, having written numerous unanswered emails and made many unanswered calls I finally got through to someone who informed me that the product was only available from mid October and had I not received an email.....erm NO! Zero updates from company. Now November and still no sign of product. Have made at least 40 phonecalls to company this week and have not got through once. They are a joke, if I could award zero stars I would.

The absolute worse site. I ordered, they took my money, have not received anything. I called and oh my GOD, someone answered once on 4 weeks!!! Michelle said my order would be there in 2 days. 3 weeks later, nothing!!!!
I work for a fashion magazine and have many bloggers as clients, this site is the absolute pits with no customer service or communication. Next step, I will need to get my money back somehow. They are probably on holiday with the funds. Stay clear of this site!!!

I have used this site for three orders now. The first took a couple of weeks to arrive with no contact from the company or replies to my emails until after delivery. The second order was delivered in a few days so I hoped that my first experience was a one off. My third order I am still waiting on after almost three weeks and many emails to which I have had no reply. I have just ordered the same products from Slapiton but am now horrified to discover these companies share the same address... Needless to say, I don't hold out much hope! Avoid.

i have bought twice on this site, 1st time they delivered very fast, received on the next day with 3 samples regardless what the amount i spend was not much, so i thought its not as bad as i thought. when i finished my current toner, i bought it through this site again, ordered but didnt receive any confirmation email after 3 days, so i emailed and like everybody said, NO ONE REPLY. so i thought maybe order was not placed (since didnt get any confirmation email), and i replaced another order. this time i did get confirmation email, but waited for about 1 week, i didnt get any item dispatched email. and of course didn't receive anything either. i emailed again, 3 days later still no reply.i emailed again, and finally replied, they told me that its the problem of royal mail, and they are contacting royal mail.
finally i received my order, this time took very long ,and there're no samples ( but thats okay, since it was just like a bonus).
so i guess this site... is good to purchase for the first time only, or if you don't mind to wait longer, considering its price was lower than others. service was not too good either.

I ordered an item from their website which arrived quickly and I was happy with it. I thought great, i'll go ahead and buy 3 more. They never arrived. After writing 3 emails with no response and calling with no answer, I'll still haven't received an email or any correspondence whatsoever. We are close to one month now and i'm going to have to contact my credit card company which is a big inconvenience.

Just one more thing. On their terms and cond. they have written - "We reserve the right to refuse any order" Seriously is that a good business idea? Why would anyone refuse an order made from them?

I ordered some Caudalie products from this website as they had the best prices and offered an extra 10% off if I purchased three items. The items were sent in about two days which was a great bonus as I wasn't expecting them that soon. Oh and delivery was free! After my great experience with PowderPuff I'll def order my other Caudalie products from here. I was also given about 10 samples of Caudalie products as well! This was the first time I used them, and I honestly cannot fault this site.

Write why you think the experience was totally unacceptable. For instance:

I received my goods two weeks late without hearing anything from the company. And the company no longer replies to my e-mails.

Whatever problems there were with this website they have certainly resolved them. Ordered from them on monday, received it on tuesday morning in perfect condition. I ordered some Avene products and my favourite nail products in the world Orly! These items are so hard to find in my area but i resent paying high postage charges when I should be able to walk to the shops for them. Infact the Orly was cheaper than I last paid, a bonus!

I felt compelled to write this review because I felt really bad for them when I saw the review below.

Item arrived within 24 hours. Well packaged and with samples. All my favourite products with lots of information about them to help with my choice. They also stock unusual ranges for which I recieved samples of, so as a beauty junkie I am pleased!
