Prestige Bathrooms UK 

Utter rubbish. Order off £100. Expected me to take a day off for delivery. Customer services expected to travel a round trip of 30 miles to pick it up and I’llm in a wheel chair. Rubbish.

I attempted to place a large order with this shop as it was local to Pitshanger. Unfortunately, the absolute incompetence of the owner forced me to take my deposit back and go elsewhere. Appalling customer service is one thing, but Mahmoud Visram the owner crossed a line when he started lying. By contrast, Bathwise in Northfields have great products and they recognise the importance of customer service.

Bought a soft close toilet seat in 2012. came to (finally!) fit it & the rear bracket was like a crispbread - completely embrittled. Broke into pieces as I dusted it off. Stored at the back of the bathroom, so out of direct sunlight.

We're in desperate need of a new bathroom in to our new house as the old was non functional, one has been taken out and we don't currently have a bathroom. We tried the website for this company and it doesn't work-just a blank white website with no contact details and no products or ability to do anything. Useless. Tried it 24 hours later, but still no change. Asked our friends to try it, they had the same problem. Very disappointing. Happy to post a screenshot, but trustpilot doesn't have the feature.

Good communication, speedy delivery, good price, quality goods. Need I say more. Would do business again :)

We needed a quick response for a full bathroom redesign to fit into a our people's rescheduled time- frame
A couple of phone calls and e- mails to Stuart at Prestige, products arrived as promise, one important ;bit: arrived earlier than indicated, which gave us more time to complete , everyone happy, down to the pub , also ahead of plan..........success and happiness .....!!! What more can I say, except THANKS

I found the website to be very easy to navigate,the checkout really easy,best of all the company called to ask about delivery,were really polite and extremely well mannered,i would definitely deal and ask others to deal with this company.

Prestige Bathrooms delivered my taps very quickly - ordered on a saturday and with me by Tuesday. When I discovered that the tap wouldnt fit the sink they arranged for a new one to be sent out and for the old one to be collected. Great service - would use them again

I would have no reservations about using again.
