Very poor customer service. Never concern the question. Very not professional.

On blacklist because I complained more than average that CDs arrived with damaged boxes...

The customer service does not exist , they show no concern for us at all. We follow the instructions to return an item and then get no refund or customer care. Do not fall into the same trap us us.

Closing sellers account takes forever, not mention customer support which virtually doesn't exist! Avoid!

Shipments to Netherlands take usually 3 weeks.
If you complain too much (more than average) about missing shipments, broken or folded cases, then you get suspended from all warranties!

I bought and paid for a Garrett metal detector (Euro 190), but I got a cheap chinese look-alike replica instead. After notifying Priceminister of the scam, they resolved nothing. No refund nothing, only a long email conversation. What a ripp off, waste of money and time.

i recently bought a lens for my DSLR and I received it in an excellent condition just after 48hrs! Seller was very responsive with my inquiries! had a smooth transaction so i would recommend Priceminister. hope everybody would experience the same...

Tried in vain for four hours to make a purchase on the French site. I will never try and use this page again.
- It was impossible to have an item sent to a different address than the billing address!
- It was impossible to contact the seller without it being displayd on the page!
- The only contact option was "ask a question about this product" and here a censorship was conducted.
- Tried the chat option two times and just got an arrogant anwer.
- E-mailing them was only possible if the matter was one of few headlines - and as it read ," Don't wate your time writing about anything different, because it won't even be read"!!
- Looked into the Amrican version of the same page, and it was so much easier to navigate in - my wife speaks French perfectly!
It beats me that privceminister can make a business because compared to e.g. Amazon, it is like the Middle Age.

I am experiencing a very uncomfortable situation with this online shop.
Support is made by the community, no employee to respond.
On 01/09/2015, I have ordered and paid for an article which was never delivered to me. On the 10/09/2015, I sent an email to the vendor through their website, never received any reaction.
I have now to wait for 17 days (nothing they can do before) to be able to open a claim and to recuperate my money.

I tried it once to buy some French books and living in London I noticed that the postage fees where quite high. I purchased them anyway thinking that they at least covered a kind of tracking system. But no, when i received these two books I could see that the cost paid by the sellers was very low, no comparison at all with what I had paid. In fact in my opinion the postage fees included an extra cost with no relation to anything at all.
I complained but my complaint was rejected straightaway by Price minister despite the fact that one seller himself acknowledged that the postage cost was too high.
