I ordered online and via telephone as I wanted some advice about a particular item, the items were dispatched promptly however there's no details on how to return a item, so I have a top which I asked for women's and ended up men's sat in my drawer!!

All deliveries are sent with no accompanying email to inform you of dispatch. Refund given after return but again no email to say that it had been done.
This is not normal practice in the internet sales business as orders, dispatches and other information during the buying process are usually sent to customers via email.

I came across this company looking for a product I didn't find anywhere else and it turned out to be the perfect choice. Service was quick, pleasant, no problems, no surprises, just perfect. I would recommend it with no reservations whatsoever.

The 2 items arrived very quickly, and the payment for the returned item was put onto my card straight away with no delay. Would recommend and will be using Protection for Sport again!

Tights ordered arrived very quickly, very impressed, until I realised I had been sent cycle tights for women, not men, as I had requested. After that, system went downhill rapidly, involving e-mails and phone calls on my part, taking a week before I finally reached someone who knew what I and they were talking about.
Correct tights have now arrived, much to my relief and a lot of stress.

Good quality website making it easy to find and select what you want. Usual check out process and very fast delivery. If only all companies operated in this way!

Good but, web site does not update status of delivery. Phoned to see when my order may arrive, no answer, left message but no call back. Sent e-mail again no response. Goods arrived within a week.

I recently ordered some skins shorts from the website. This part of the transaction was seamless. When the item had not arrived, I tracked my parcel. FedEx had attempted delivery once, left no card or means of contact, and after one failed delivery attempt (at my home address on a work day), had returned the item to the seller. I called FedEx who were not even apologetic. Rang Protection for Sport who were much more helpful. They arranged a free redelivery and apologised for my poor experience, rescuing an otherwise failed transaction. They promised to share my feedback with FedEx too! My only suggestion would be to use a different courier company and offer a free delivery option.

I ordered these online and delivery was within two days, bib shorts were well packaged and contained plenty of product and care information.
The shorts are a snug fit, the hem grips are very good indeed, I needed to 'shuffle' them up my leg a little, but once on they are very comfortable without being too tight.
First use - 70 miles - very comfortable indeed, they do feel different if you haven't used compression shorts before, but, they 'do exactly what they say on the tin'. The extra support is noticeable, with less leg fatigue than I normally suffer as a 53 year old! No chafing at all, I am very impressed.

Fast delivery but the item was the wrong size,no fault on their side, my build is extra small, the staff were very helpful and exchanged it, and was delivered the next day, and the postage was free.

Very pleased with this thigh support. I am walking without a trolley now. The warmth it generates aids the healing process.

The brace is very easy to wear. The hinges are firm but the inside hinge sometimes rises up. The strap helps keep it down. Alleviated knee pain and strengthened the joint.
