The guys from purnimadigital did a great job helping me buy a wonderful D810.

Less than a year after I received my smartphone it started working quite slowly. I contacted them for making use of the warranty. They told me that my phone was irreparable and that they would send me a new one. After writing them a few times I received a restored smartphone, which they assured me it was new until I send them photos of some marks on the phone, even though they haven't provided me any solution.
Cuando mi terminal tenía menos de un año empezó a funcionar con excesiva lentitud. Me puse en contacto con ellos para hacer uso de la garantía. Me dijeron que el teléfono era irreparable y que me enviarían uno nuevo. Después de escribirles varias veces, recibí un teléfono recuperado (y no en buen estado), que ellos aseguraban que era nuevo hasta que les envié fotos de algunas marcas de uso en el teléfono. Aún así aún no he recibido ninguna solución por su parte.

I order a set I composed from Canon extender 1.4 and 70-200 2.8.
Everything was perfect : from the order process up to the delivery. The product are in perfect state and the delivery was quick (a week) .
Just note that due to DHL you have to give a delivery address during labour hours- I gave my office one- all was great.

Reasonably priced, fast delivery and good communication. Recommended.

Placed an order to a product that was at a very interesting price, and paid for it correctly, on the same minute, via VISA Credit Card.

The order was correctly placed, got the order receipts and all notifications on the email... everything OK.

But, half an hour later, PURNIMA sent me an email that was a price error on that product and their going to cancel the order and refund it. They've said that the error was on their side, while introducing product prices.

I understand that the price was very low for the product, but since it was available publicly almost half day, I placed my order and paid, so they've should assumed their own error.

My first buy (one Tamron lense) in Purnimadigital and I received it very well packaged and on schedule..

Bought a 70-200mm Tamron last week and can shoot with it a week later. I love on Ibiza so for anything to arrive intact and in a week is worth 5 stars in my book! Congrats on the good service you guys have going over there.

Nothing to complain about the order & shipping - could not be faster in my view. Product arrived in perfect condition - I'm a little bit concern about possible warranty costs and formalities but let's hope it will not be the case.
